The 24ins company is doing a good job…

The 24ins company is doing a good job with the preemptive notifications when your insurance is about the expire soon and just offer a convenient platform through which you can make and renew your insurances. It also helps that the ladies that I have been in contact wiht via phone have always been very kind and helpful.

Bug in the website order process never solved

I took a insurance the first time without issue.

But now the order process does not work and the support ask me to contact the insurance myself instead of correct their bug.

I recommend the website but you can be blocked into a unsolvable issue.

Best broker in Bulgaria, I use their services for more than 10 years, and the prices are always the best or very competitive

Great company

Great company. Support team is friendly. Don't want to try others.
I've been using the services of the company for more than 5 years and never had a problem. It saves me a lot of time searching for the best insurances.

Сайтът е добре организиран и интуитивен – всичко се намира точно там, където се очаква, без излишно лутане, което наистина улеснява. Регистрацията е изключително проста, а изборът и сключването на застраховка стават бързо и безпроблемно. Цялото преживяване спестява време, усилия и излишни нерви.
