Einen neuen hochwertigen Helm bestellt.

Anfangs hat nach der schnellen Lieferung alles gut ausgesehen.

Ich habe den Helm direkt mal zum testen gefahren.

Beim ausziehen fiel mir aber das Herstellungsdatum auf. 05/2024. Bedeutet der Helm ist schon 2 Jahre alt.

Da Helme empfohlen nur 5 Jahre genutzt werden sollten, sind 40 % seines Lebenszyklus bereits verbraucht.

Auf Anfrage bei 24Helmets spielte man das ganze herunter und sagt das 2 Jahre Alte Helme bei ihnen ganz normal sind. Ich war schockiert.

Auf ein entgegenkommen wartete ich vergebens und man teilte mir auch mit, das ich nur neue unbenutzte Helme zurück senden kann. Da der Helm aber schon benutzt ist, schließt man eine Rücknahme aus.

Nun habe ich einen 2 Jahre alten Helm welchen ich nur noch 3 Jahre nutzen kann und das zum vollen Preis.

Ich kann nur vom Kauf bei 24Helmets abraten.

24Helmets.de überzeugt auf ganzer Linie

Ich habe vor etwa einem Monat zum ersten Mal bei 24Helmets.de bestellt und seitdem bereits mehrere Bestellungen aufgegeben. Jedes Mal war ich rundum zufrieden. Der Kundenservice ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und professionell. Besonders beeindruckend sind die extrem schnellen Lieferzeiten – meine Pakete kamen immer überraschend zügig und bestens verpackt an.

Die Auswahl an Motorradbekleidung und Ausrüstung ist hervorragend. Man findet hier durchweg hochwertige Produkte und merkt, dass der Shop mit Fachwissen und echter Begeisterung für Motorräder geführt wird.

Für mich ist 24Helmets.de inzwischen die erste Adresse, wenn es um Motorradbedarf geht. Absolute Empfehlung.

Bikerstyle individuell

Dieser Shop ist wirklich klasse, für alle, die nicht 0-8-15 Sachen möchten.
Ob Schuhe, Jacken, Accessoires und natürlich Helme, jedes Mal überrascht, dass alles in meiner Größe da ist.

Simpson Darksome

Gestern habe ich einen Simpson Darksome Klapphelm bestellt, heute Nachmittag konnte ich ihn schon in der Packstation abholen !
So etwas nenne ich eine wirklich schnelle Lieferung und die Ware ist auch einwandfrei, Topp 👍👍👍

Die haben die für mich coolste Auswahl…

Die haben die für mich coolste Auswahl an Motorradbekleidung. Die liefern Qualität und verlangen dafür auch ihren Preis, faire Sache. Wer Schnäppchen sucht, kann auch mal Glück haben, aber Billigzeugs gibt es da nicht! Das Geschäft an sich ist auch immer einen Besuch wert!

Delayed deliver - no communication

Order sent via DHL on 3oth Sep. First and only update for tracking sent 1st Oct. No communication from 24 Helmets regarding delay. DHL not interested either. Not too impressed overall.

It is not nice that you have to wait longer for your order and we are sorry for that. We have no influence on delivery times of DHL.
When we received your order, it was ready to be shipped the next day and has left our warehouse.

According to DHL, your parcel has left Germany and will be delivered in the destination country.
Due to the high volume of parcels at DHL and the worldwide corona situation, delivery times may unfortunately be longer.
For Bharain, DHL states a standard delivery time of 12 working days. This has been exceeded by one day to date. We can only request an investigation from DHL after a delay of 12 working days. Therefore, we have to be patient until we are allowed to apply for an investigation.

We hope you´ll get your order soon.
If your order is not delivered by the end of next week, please contact us and we will take care of it.

What a fantastic shopping expereince!

Today (13/2/15) my brother and I drove from Vejle in Denmark to the show room in Hamburg to pick up the helmet that we have ordered.

We did not know what to expect of the shop, but as we did not know the helm size we needed, we decided to drive down and try it out insted of ordering it. And what a great experience!

Not only was everything as we had hoped it to be, but the customer service provided by Caroline & Daniel was phenomenal!

This is not the last time I have shopped at 24helmets, and I can only give it my strongest recommendation!
