Very happy with the prompt response, politeness and the window repair work done by Mark and his colleague. Thanks and would recommend.

Rushed the replacement of our window with putty smeared to no finish. Same with mastic on inside of window. When asked to at least come make good the work (which if they’d taken more care in the first place would not have been necessary) and with photo’s of the application being poor, an excuse was made . Then my request to comeback and look at the finish was ignored. Would happily share photo’s with anyone looking to use this service so you can see how it was left to protect someone else from this unprofessional behaviour. I now have to spend my weekend making good their shoddy work which was not cheap.

Mark came to fix a problem with my door on the same day, after hours: he got the job done quickly and provided an excellent service. The only minor issue was that he was unable to do an electronic invoice, but I would certainly use Mark again.

Mark did a fantastic job replacing our front door glass. Quick, fair price and very friendly!

Mark responded really promptly over the weekend and came to replace our broken window. He then came back the following day to finish the job delivering exactly as promised at a reasonable price. He
was courteous, clean and fast and did his best to work around our family.

Quick response, fixed my garden French door in 10 minutes. Tried to charge me £485 + VAT referring to emergency rates. Finally agreed £300 in cash with no choice.

I phoned this company to fix a small double glazed window on a rental property I own y wasn't opening properly. He met with my tenants looked at the window and quoted me £440 to change lock mechanism by text!! It would cost me less than that to replace the whole window. He then started without my consent. By the time I got back to him he'd dismantled the window. I told him it was ludicrous what hed quoted and asked him to leave. He then intimidated my tenants to give him an unmentioned £90 call out charge as well as a window that now could not be opened at all as he screwed it shut intentionally. This guy is a bully and a cowboy, so avoid like the plague!

Great service and a fair price.
Would use and recommend Mark in the future.

I have very old sash windows for my business premises. 2 glasses were broke on the 3rd floor and needed to be replaced ASAP. I called 24h Glazing. Good communication and swift service. The job was good.

24hr glazing were initially great on communication, helpful and able to fit around my schedule. However, there was an extremely unprofessional exchange when I complained about the state my window frame was in after they replaced the pane (pins left sticking out, hammer damage). The 24-hr glazing representative said they'd 'seen much worse' and would not make good the damage. Fortunately his companion (from another company) fixed the work to a decent standard. 24-hr glazing has since apologised for their conduct.
