On time! I panic when I am running low!

I’ve not received my coffee yet

Best coffee I have ever had and I did like Tim Hortons coffee till now, you’re coffee is much better.

Simple checkout and my grinder and (free) bag of coffee arrived speedily and well packaged (without excessive waste) – 100% recommend.

The service was great with the orders coming quickly and friendly workers and the food ordered was also spectacular. Would definitely recommend to others.

Full of coffee bean smell at my kitchen right now.

Visiting York for the day I decided to stop for coffee at 200 degrees. It was such a lovely cup of coffee that I decided to purchase some of the mellowship decaf to take home. The assistant asked if I would like it ground and I said yes please. She asked about my machine and I said it was a bean to cup with the facility to add a ground coffee option. After arriving back in Plymouth I put a scoop of the coffee in my machine noticing the consistency was like talcum powder. As a result my Delonghi machine cannot cope with it as it’s far too fine.
Now I’m left with more than a £10 bag of coffee which is useless, very disappointed 😢
Excellent customer service, I have received the new bag of coffee today and alas my Delonghi Primadonna machine cannot cope with the grind of the coffee. It copes with any ground coffee brand bought from the supermarket. On a third attempt of putting it through the machine I managed to get a cup of coffee out of it after it took ages to dribble out of the spouts. I guess I’ll have to stick with beans for this brand. Many thanks for your assistance with this matter.

First order arrived in damaged packaging but was replaced immediately. Excellent customer service and lovely coffee.

Had a really informative latte art training session with Alex today. I recently started working as a barista for a large chain and this class really taught me the science behind what I’m doing and how that affects your output. Alex showed me how to perfect my techniques and by the end of the class I had gone from knowing nothing about how to do latte art to successfully making a tulip and a heart - albeit a beginners version, but a great start and importantly, now I have the knowledge to run with and get better! Really recommend this class and Alex’s tutoring! Plus he made a fantastic seahorse on his coffee 😁 thankyou Alex!

Amazing coffee and great service. Pods arrived quickly. If you haven’t tried 200’ coffee , you should do so as soon as possible :-)

Hi there! I attended the intermediate barista course today (3rd December). I had fantastic morning! The trainer was brilliant! The course went exactly as I hoped and went over all aspects of coffee brewing and milk steaming which was so enlightening and informative and helpful. The trainer explained everything brilliantly and in such a way we could all understand and I went away on a high full of knowledge!! 10 out of 10. I would highly recommend. Thank you!!!

Went to a coffee shop in Nottingham serving 200° coffee and once I had ordered and left with my coffee, the bottom of the 200° branded coffee takeaway cup gave way. I got hot coffee all over my coat and shoes and burned my hands. Reached out to customer service and they completely dismissed me telling me to deal with the coffee shop. I’m left with a burn and out pocket for dry cleaning because of a faulty takeaway cup.

Far nicer than the Nespresso coffee capsules that I have always ordered and in fact, I have subscribed to have them delivered every month. Wonderful tasting coffee and were delivered in a super fast time.
