Other than the long wait, when the driver arrived he was very positive and extremely polite and got me back on the road with in minutes so happy days, thank you for your service in the end.

Recovery driver hor to me within half an hour of making the request. I couldn't ask for a nicer guy was bubbly and very knowledgeable. Fixed my car and sent me on my way within 20 mins. Best driver ever

Baz was brilliant.Hes really great and recovered us from breaking down on the M6..Took us all the way back to Morecambe. We couldnt thank him enough.Customer care is spot on .A star service.Thank you

Excellent service . Promptly and professionally delivered I am 86 years of age and appreciate how well you looked after me when I got into difficulties Regards George Mould

I had four pick ups and four companys. You was three pick up and your driver was the the most unexperienced The driver repositioned his wagon four times before he picked my car up. The fourth position he put the wagon in was after another driver come over to him and told him were to put it . He only strapped the car down on one side of the wagon the other company's strapped all four wheels down

The online process via the RAC is a bit convoluted but the personal touch from the mechanic just after dark eased the anxiety. Followed by the ETA phone call from the team, then the personable service provided by the truck driver massively improved what was a very unpleasant evening. Being stood on a busy pitch black motorway is not recommended as a way to spend three hours. 👏👏👏

Excellent service, from all three recovery guys. Quick and efficient. On the last leg home there were two main roads closed for roadworks, this was handled excellently with little drama although long detours.

Great communication and friendly technicians.

The driver who came to the rescue was just a gentleman and did everything perfectly from checking the car to loading the car on the truck and back off

Delivery driver (Ryan I think his name was?) collected my Z3 and transported me home. Very good, quick and efficient service. Pleasure to talk with and made sure everything sorted.

Once the crappy RAC finally bothered to get in touch with 1st recovery they were excellent. Friendly and helpful. Brit was fantastic and really cheered me up after what was a generally abysmal performance from the RAC. Cheers Brit lovely to meet you.

Excellent speedy recovery, first class service and extremely friendly staff.

Excellent service from the initial phone call then speaking to an agent and finally the roadside assistance driver. The driver was friendly and very efficient, she explained things and sorted the problem quickly.

Fantastic. Very quick and the engineer you sent was fantastic.

Recovery arrived on time and had my car in a garage within 30 minutes
Excellent service. Thank you

The Fella that came out was a so patient and skillful as the car would just not move but didn't give up and found a way to get it on the back of the truck like a professional 💪

A very efficient service. Friendly & informative engineer.

The recovery driver was very proffessinal arrived on time taking care to carefully attach a tow to my older jaguar and load it onto a flat bed to transport it back home .

AA passed us on to this company very quickly when my daughter broke down in my car. They communicated well and frequently, had her collected within an hour of advising they were doing the job. Dropped the car at our local garage wed specified and my daughter at her house. Amazing service , well done and thank you.
