Very disappointed with this supplier. The engine arrived one month late and only worked for less than a week before failing. Poor quality and unreliable service. I would not recommend this seller to anyone.

Haven't paid me for the last 7 weeks. No answer from phone or emails. Look like its a bogus company. Planning to contact solicitor.
Horrible people:
Beware of 1st Pay, they are real criminals. I have been using them for a while to process my wages, until a month ago when I couldn't get my money due for that week. I contacted them, they said there's an issue with the bank and advised me to wait for 3 working days and by then the money would be returned to my agency.
After a full week I contacted my agency, as well as other people who got their payment through them, the agency told us that they hadn't received any refunds.
Since then I have sent several emails to 1st Pay but with no response, put a call through and still nothing. I sent a few messages on WhatsApp to Dean, he read the messages but failed to respond to them, the last message that I sent him didn't deliver because he has now blocked my number.
Broad day thievery.
I recently signed up with 1st Pay for payroll services, and the onboarding experience has been fantastic. Sophie, in particular, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything clear and easy to understand, guiding me through each step with patience and professionalism. I had a few questions along the way, and Sophie was always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure everything was set up smoothly.
