Excellent instructors! I did the intro course (2 reshape and 1 reformer) and I enjoyed the classes so much and the instructors were so lovely and friendly. I will be signing up with a membership

I have generally had a bad experience…
I have generally had a bad experience with staff who were very rude and the policies that were very predatory/inflexible. Their cancellation policy is very rigid and at times unfair. I lost a credit one time because i cancelled for being sick and another time for arriving less than 1 min past the start time. Also, if you ask for a couple of days extension on your credit, they charge an extra fee. Feels this is a very predatory organistaion and won't be coming back
