1BOX Self Storage biedt opslagmogelijkheden voor zowel particulieren als bedrijven. Of je nu een paar dozen kwijt wilt of je hele inboedel, bij ons zit je goed. Je spullen staan veilig, schoon en zijn iedere dag makkelijk bereikbaar. Je kiest zelf hoeveel ruimte je nodig hebt – groot of klein.

I’m so disappointed.
The second time I used the storage, the elevator was stuck and I couldn’t call it, so I had to take the stairs to get out. These lead directly to an emergency door, which I accidentally opened, triggering the alarm. I was then charged an outrageous 185 euros.
There are no warning signs on the door, and the layout is quite misleading, making it easy to make this mistake.
Overall, the storage itself is okay, but this experience was very frustrating.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m really sorry to hear that this happened, I understand how frustrating and disappointing this must have been.
I have spoken with the store manager about your situation, and he explained how the emergency exit and alarm system work. Unfortunately, we are not able to make an exception regarding the charge in this case.
That said, I truly regret that this situation occurred and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

It is ok
It is ok,
in my opinion, in comparison to other storage...
Mr. Gunay tried his best, and I'm so thankful. Very nice person.
The digital storage room lock makes it easier and better to use.
On the other hand,
Need in advance a better explanation of the process for a new customer.
I called, they said we are in the office until 17:00, I arrived, nobody was there!!
The parking space is not enough!
The elevator is not of good quality!
