Sent out two pairs of shorts which didn't fit. I contacted them and was told if receive a new set within the week. After 3 weeks of no shorts, I was told my shorts would be sent as a priority after 25th Jan. It's now 15th Feb and nothing. I've requested a refund on 2nd Feb as I've purchased elsewhere due to delays. Still waiting for a reply
Update: Refund requires me to return the original shorts which I don't have as I was told to donate them whilst awaiting for the new pair. They've offered me a 50% refund which is a disgrace. Even if I had the shorts, there fulfilment centre is in the U.S so they said it'd cost me $30 to ship back

The shorts just ok, you are better off going to a sports store and trying on a known brand and get those for similar cost. The long pants sizing is terrible. Long delivery times, poor customer service. Poor returns policy, will give you 50% of price back, but get to keep the ill fitting poor quality item. And they they don't (or haven't yet after 1 month) actually refunded the money. Highly suggest to steer clear completely.

UPDATED: I finally received a response regarding my exchange. Sarah has sent the items although I had to change colours on 2 as they were sold out in my first and second choices! I have received tracking from Australia Post that the order is on it's way. I can also say that the shorts I purchased for my son at the same time, are great and he loves them. I'm hoping the replacements for my husband are just as good. (I emailed on the 27th of December 2025 requesting instructions to return 3XL shorts and pants due to sizing issues.
On 31st Dec 2025, Sarah offered an exchange, allowing me to keep the original items. Which I intend to regift as she suggested.
On 31st Dec 2025 I confirmed 4XL size,
On 6th Jan 2026 Sarah noted the pants were out of stock for 1-2 weeks. She asked if I wanted to wait and have the full order sent together.I agreed to wait for the 4XL items to ship together, resolving the request.
I emailed again on 2nd Feb as it had been more than 3 weeks with no further communication. I haven't received a reply and sent a further email on 9th Feb. I am really unhappy as I purchased a lot of items and I'm now totally out of pocket as my husband cannot wear them. Such bad Customer Service! 19th Lab please contact me and send the items you promised.)
Following my review ( below) I was promptly contacted by 19th Lab and my issue was resolved.
19th Lab replaced my order and the replacements fit .
I am size 32 “ and the correct 19th Lab size is S.
The material seems to be very comfortable , stretchy and light.

The shorts and trousers I ordered did not fit me. The clothes that were supplied are apparently designed to fit a range of sizes bigger than that which I ordered.
Contrary to all the claims made on the 19th lab website about customer satisfaction, easy returns, every day availability of customer service and so on; i have not had any satisfaction with the return procedure.
Repeated emails and requests for attention go unanswered.
Either there are thousands of unhappy customers that have bogged down the returns/ exchange department or 19th lab actively don’t want to honour their advertised returns policy.
Not honouring your advertised return policy is an illegal act and contravenes Australian consumer law.
19th lab have my details and order number and photo of garments yet still nothing.
I would recommend NOT dealing with
19th lab.

Easy to order. Shorts I ordered were good quality but unfortunately the wrong size for my husband. There was no trouble getting the correct size. My husband loves them as great golf shorts and very comfortable.Amazing communication and followup by team, especially Sarah. Thankyou.
I ordered 2 pairs of shorts 2XL.
They were to big so i have emailed them to exchange for XLs on five different occasions but no response at all . Not very good offering a 30 day money back guarantee if you don't respond to customer service emails. The shorts appear to be alright but i wouldn't recommend them to anyone after my experience.
I have since been contacted by 19thlabgolf and they have rectified the issue with the sizing and offered me 20%off my next order . I am finally happy with the outcome. The shorts are very good. Tony

Ordered my normal size 36 which site suggests that is XL, they were too big, so I contacted them for an exchage to the Large size. No respons apart from what looks like an AI generated email saying they will exchange them but will not send me the details of where to return. I have emailed them at least 10 times with no ouycome. Disgraceful customer service and the return policy is a scam, 4 Feb 26 looks like they are now accepting the exchange and have apologised for the delay.

Fantastic customer service , much appreciated.
I will have no issue referring them on to friends an family.
I bought 2 pairs of shorts in the same size. One pair fits perfectly the other pair are an inch smaller in the waist. I contacted the company and they advised they would replace the shorts. This was a month ago, they asked me to provide photos and details which I did. I have emailed them a number of times but have heard nothing. I definitely would not recommend this company.

Purchased 2 pair of shorts sent 3 messages to attange return with no response, it would appesr the support comes up as invalid address , it would appear this company is a scam on its return policy,
Since been contacted and recieved a credit, issue was no response and address for contact could be smarter system to ensure request for credit was recieved and advice of next steps thank you for resolving issue

My husband and son both love their shorts saying they're soooo comfortable. I had a small glitch with part of my order but communication with the company has been swiftly answered and the glitch seen to - so much so, that both my husband and our son have ordered more shorts!
I ordered 3 pairs of shorts. Blue ,grey, and white.
Wore the blue ones and after 1 hour the cheap zip failed and had to spend the rest of the day hearing my fly was open.
I decided to try the grey ones next. Never even got out the door as they forgot to add the button at the front when the made them , so I could not close them.
Haven’t tried the white pair yet. Certainly won’t take the risk of trying to play golf in them.
Tell me where I can send them back!

The shorts are exactly as marketed and when I planned to return a pair because I didn't like the color - they were exceptional with their service and arranging that. Great shorts - on and off the course.
Absolutely great customer service!! We had a small issue with the sizing at our end and the team @ 19th Lab Golf sorted it out straight away and with absolutely no issues or difficulties. Excellent service
I ordered 2 pairs of shorts and one of them stretched and did not return to its original condition on first wear. I tried to contact for refund or replacement under the 30 day money back policy, however I have not heard back and now my email address is not accepted.
Not happy and possibly a scam, however will never know if you don't get a chance to discuss...
Not recommended....
I have since been contacted and the shorts are going to be replaced. Happy with the final outcome and the service in the end, however still to see it the product meets expectations with the new pair. The log in process had a bit of a glitch and now I have access.

My partner takes size 36 and i ordered xL they were to big.he used a belt and said they were comfy.label says 92 per cent polyester.8 percent spandex.he doesnt like wearing a belt to golf.he likes past his knees shorts and these were knee above .i asked about length he said something like my nobby knees.i said to please get over it and try them.delivery was not immediate but here comes xmas all good.
Ordered 2 X 34 inch shorts, received 36 " way too big.
Sent several emails for a refund, no replies....this is a scam business. That's why they don't use PayPal.
I am in the process of lodging a formal complaint to Office of Fair Trading Qld and that ACCC.
