this company still have not sent the 3 pair of shorts we have paid for . a few emails with excuses. we paid for these items in December & want them but not looking good 😕

excellent service and correspondence, but size is a major challenge as each purchase online seems to differ, and one tends to size up, which is not always correct.

The pants are shocking. I ordered 1 shorts and 2 long pants. The shorts just don’t fit right. Bad workmanship. The long pants were so badly made that I couldn’t even get them on. Same measurements as the shorts too. So I contacted Sarah to return them and get a refund. She said just keep them and we will send you 2 more shorts. So all in all I have 1 pair of very average fitting shorts and that’s it. The replacement shorts never came, a refund never came and I spent $140

After ordering, delivery was good. The sizing was not correct, so i contacted the customer service. they responded in a timely fashion and rectified the issue without any problems.
Will recommend 19th Lab to others. Very good to deal with.

Hands down one of my best shopping experiences. I needed a size swap and Sarah from the 19thlab team handled it perfectly, getting it sorted in just two days.

The pants themselves are "crazily comfortable." The material feels premium—sturdier than silk but just as soft on the skin. I’ll be living in these! Can’t wait to see what new trousers they drop next.

Hi, like many other people I had not heard of this company. Saw advertising on social media. Confirmed they were a local Australian company and thought I would give them a go. I ordered two pairs of shorts for my husband for Christmas in the size he normally buys for his golf clothes. They arrived quite quickly in time for Christmas. When he tried them, they were a little tight (maybe all the Turkey and trifle)
I messaged and advised and the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. New size on their way. The quality is very good and definitely comparable to the other high end golf brands. Will definitely use them again

Purchased these shorts for Golf and I must admit they are exceptional, exactly as the website details. Soft stretchy and comfortable for those warm golf days.
I needed to change the size and Sarah in the customer service team couldn't have be more helpful. This process was seamless and she was so efficient and diligent in her follow ups.

Poorly manufactured. Quality control is nil.
I bought 4 pair, never again. Holes in the pockets and no holes where they should be (ie button holes).
I would definately NOT recommend these golf shorts.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size shorts. The 19th Lab (Sarah) customer service supported me immediately, and provided the correct shorts free of charge. Exceptional customer service.

I first ordered my shorts back (4 pair)in November 2025. They were to be a Christmas present. Based on their sizing chart, I ordered XXXL. They were way too big when they arrived 4 weeks later. I tried many times to arrange for an exchange. I was finally contacted by “Sarah” who told me to send my correct size to them and I would have my order resent. She said I could keep the large shorts. That was December 2025. I have contacted them now on 6 different occasions through January and February requesting an exchange and each time they apologize for the delay and say I should have them by the end of the week. It is now March 2026 and still no replacement shorts. This online company is terrible. Avoid them at all costs.
Update to review 26th March
It is now the end of March and my replacement shorts have finally arrived almost 4 months after the initial order. I don’t know if it was the result of this review I did on trust pilot or just coincidence but the company reached out and apologized once again and said my order was on its way. I wasn’t confident but the shorts did arrive 3 weeks later. The shorts fit this time and are very comfortable to wear. Perhaps my original review on trust pilot may not have been so harsh if they had been up front, said they were having supply issues and had given me a realistic delivery date. However, 4 months to sort the problem out really is unacceptable from a customer perspective.

Really like these pants! I have worn a bunch of different brands, some similar, some poor, some good. 19th lab's waist is something I really like! Flexible, fits well, and my thighs are a bit more fitted than usual.

Comfy, surprisingly not wrinkly compared to most pants, will probably be getting another pair in a different color (have black). Affordable and I would recommend!

After being impressed with the comfort and quality of their Tour Flex Golf Shorts, I decided to give the Tour Flex Golf Pants a try! They are excellent - very comfortable, fabric that stretches with your body movement. Also, the waistband has flexibility that keeps it comfortable when you go from sitting to standing, and moving. Nice quality product!

item received and was not what is advertised and quality as abysmal. when requesting a refund on the day i received them, 4 days taken to reply and asked if i wanted a 50% and to keep them. i reiterated id like full refund and no reply yet. will be discussing with Australian ACCC legal regulator now that i have given 10 day notice eperiod.

19th Lab has been great to me so far. Fast delivery, quality products, and getting me prepped to look nice while playing with friends and family!

The Golf Shorts are great but I ordered one size too large as they are a generous fitting. Contacting them via their website was very easy and they replied quite promptly.
No problems with swapping the shorts to a smaller size. Look forward to receiving them.
