My husband passed away recently. A few months before he had work done at”Dental,Dentures and Implants “which is owned and owned and managed by Dr Nathan Faber. My husband needed a full upper Denture, lower partial and 6 extractions. The teeth were pulled on a Friday. The gums bled profusely . We couldn’t stop the bleeding or large clots that were forming. We called the dental office to find that the phoned had been shut down completely. The bleeding got worse and we had to go to the local hospital emergency room. They helped us but the Emergency Dr was appalled that a Dentist would shut down all communication.

The guy that was "helping" me was very rude and condescending. He seemed like he did not want to help me at all when I explained to him my front tooth is knocked loose and I am in a lot of pain. When he was unable to find my insurance, he asked several times if I pay for this insurance or if the government does. I said repeatedly that it is through my union. He got frustrated by not being able to find it and said to me "are you sure you're not on welfare?" I told him forget it and hung up the phone. Never again will I call there. It was a waste of time and I was disrespected

Total waste oft time. The guy who answered was rude, sounded like he just wanted to get off the phone, and did NOTHING for me. He asked for my daughters information and I explained that she was in a lot of pain and needed a dentist TODAY. He kept getting aggravated when he was searching around my areas and nothing was coming up. He eventually said he would just connect me to "a dentist" and the phone hung up. I wish I knew who he was to report him!!!!!

Great results with 1800 DENTIST. Back in the 1990s, they referred me to Dr. Cynthia Stephenson, DDS of SF, CA. She did a great job removing my toxic mercury fillings from Navy dentists and replaced them with safer porcelain fillings.

However, in 2017, I FAILED to use 1800 DENTIST and responded to FALSE ADVERTISING mailers sent to me mailbox from SHOREVIEW DENTAL of Pacifica, CA, promising to me "Your Safety Comes First Always" promise to new clients. Well, I accepted the new client $99 special of a Dr. INSANE HUSSEIN AHANI of SHOREVIEW DENTAL. Sadly, during his X-rays, he tried to dissuade me from his teeth cleaning, "Are sure, are you sure you want the teeth cleaning??" I replied, "Yes!" Then, in came dorky skinny Asian JANE in glasses who DRILLED instead of cleaning my teeth. Chipped my molars and left a HOLE. She ran OUT of the room in fright for screwing UP and refused to finish her job. Then, the office manager MABEL gave me a $3100 repair bill for FAKE dental work. I left in disgust.

Entered with perfect teeth, LEFT with damaged teeth. Even since, Dr. AHANI never gave me proof of CA. certification as hygienist for JANE, but fled the issue, ignored me, and ran AWAY from me and state agencies. Pretty sure, stinky Dr. AHANI is NOT on the 1800 Dentist recommended list.

Sadly, I LOST the 20 year old filling to Dr. AHANI's office OVERNIGHT that was installed by Dr. Stephenson in 1997. Unbelievable! But, 1800 Dentist service really helps. Therefore, for those of you searching for a new dentist, be SURE to USE them and READ the Yelp.com dentist reviews before hiring a new dentist. Best be SAFE than SORRY. Kudos and THANKS to the GOOD Dentists like Dr. Stephenson however.

after being consulted by Dr. Pham I was struck by his courtesy and professionalism, in addition to all the efficiency I received from him an Excellent Braces treatment. my best friend had a problem with an implant.
that's how I recommended Dr. Pham who gave him Excellent dental implant and all at great cost.

On 04/17/2020, I had the good fortune of being seen and treated by an exceptional oral surgeon, Dr. Aaron Adamson of Mountainside Maxillofacial & Oral Surgery Center here in Reno, Nevada.
*First, let me state that for several days leading up to appointment I was suffering a great deal of dental pain.
*That pain, coupled with my concerns over whether or not I would be able to find a practitioner still see patients during this Pandemic crisis, really caused me worry and stress.
*Once I arrived at the dental center it became immediately apparrant that the surgery center was taking every possible precautionary step to prevent the spreading of coronavirus, this comforted me immensely.
*All of my built up apprehension I came in with was completely gone after meeting and speaking with Dr. Adamson.
*When I thanked him for seeing me as an emergency patient, he explained that he was happy to help me, stating that he was indeed a workaholic and that he truly loved his work.
*I should mention that his surgical assistant Dalene, played a role in ridding my apprehention, age was pretty amazing as well.
*The reasons I rank this doctor so very highly are simple:
Dr. Adamson preformed my procedure with expertise precision and skill, while putting my comfort in the highest priority.

Very helpful in finding an open dentist during this time!

The first time I called the service made voice contact with thier answering machine and left a message witch they wouldn't here for four days. They closed that day two hours before the message. That was Thursday and by Sunday I couldn't take the pain very much longer. So I called again and got better results this time. Talked to someone that actually made me appointment with in two days.

The pain in our country due to covid 19 far exceed the pain in my mouth. So we are thankful that 800 dentist has a network of dental doctor professional in a time of great need.

Customer service was awesome and very helpful finding a dentist and a state that I was not familiar with thank you very much...

The people I talked to were very polite and helpful one of them called the dentist that I will be taking my daughter to. He gave them all of the information they needed.
