Never buy carbon from this company. I bought a forged carbon hood for my fiesta st180 took it to a carbon specialist for slight modifications & they were absolutely disgusted on the quality. The 40year expieranced carbon specialist said i got ripped of with cheap fake carbon S***T. I had very poor customer service. Never received a delivery conformation. Everything about 150performance is just a scam.
I placed my order in for a big mouth air intake scoop over a week ago (28/01/26)
Claims say on their website that products will be shipped within 3-5 working days, yet my tracking is “currently awaiting updates”
So I tried to send them an email regarding my order, this was sent out on the (4/2/26)
A simple update would be nice, even if it’s just to say you don’t have the product in stock currently
Customer service is really bad. I have send a lot off messages about my order issues and still no response.
Thankyou for the response - my original email was sent you you on 3/2 and this was sent by replying to your confirmation of order email dated 31/1
Made an order online which was then outsourced to our local euro car parts to send to us - for half the price we paid - if we wanted to order from them we would have done, it’s literally 10 minutes away - maybe we stupidly thought we would get a better quality item - emailed 3 times in the last 10 days with no response - is this how some of your money is made? By charging more money then outsourcing for half the price?

We haven’t received any emails from you that we can see unfortunately.
In the case of your order we had a miscount of stock and didn’t want to delay your item by waiting for a new bulk order to come in from our supplier. We therefore went down the route of sourcing the same item as quickly as possible for you.
My apologies that this has upset you in some sort of way and I will continue to look for your emails to give you a prompt response
Absolute 5 star service from these guys. went above and beyond for me to get my new wheels delivered me ready for the weekend can’t fault them everything I’ve had from stickers to my track spoiler all been packed very well and service is great always on hand with answers to any questions I’ve had. I will be back when them carbon bits are available 😍
Really great company always keeping it fresh with new stock and new parts ordered from them a few times and have never been let down at all from the quality of the packaging to the product highly recommend gonna keep on using them
