Good customer service
I didn't receive my order on the expected delivery date so I contacted 123 Pool's, who apologised and arranged for me to receive my order next day. The person who dealt with my enquiry, did so speedily and efficiently and I was happy with the service received.

Superb service
Easy to follow website and fast delivery. I missed the 2pm next day cut off but they still managed to ship my item and get it to me by the next day. Great service

Helpful company. I hope they are as good if anything goes wrong! Sure they will be which is why I chose them. The pool robot Tiger shark QC is great. Very good and worth cash.

Pool Cleaner
The cleaner arrived safely and well packaged. It is simple to use and seems to work well.
Delivery was a bit disorganised - I received a message to say the courier company had been trying to contact me to check the delivery date was suitable, but there were no missed calls or texts so this seems unlikely.

We do apologise in regards to your delivery, we were contacted by the pallet courier advising they could not get hold of you, this is why we sent you a WhatsApp message straight away to inform they wanted to deliver to you the the next day. I will pass on your comments to the courier.

What an exceptional company
What an exceptional company. From start to finish they were absolutely faultless. The speed of response from my initial chat to find out the best product, through to ordering was faultless, fast, friendly and efficient. Delivery was exactly on time and follow up customer care through to installation was superb. I can whole heartedly recommend this company as a market leader in customer care and product pricing.
