Oh it was so easy with the help from Oniel . I booked my return to Zimbabwe and Oniel made it very easy for me. I was scared might be a scam till I received my ticket . Great job 👏 happy client. Pauline

DIA, thank you so much for sorting out the ticket 🎫 for India. Very cheap and you dealt with my enquiry the same day and booked the best price flights. You are pronominal & efficient at what you do. Keep your good work up 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ x

My husband Krishna asked the team to book tickets from UK to India for august 2024 gave the details ,dates to book on.Also which ticket to book all details were given to us via watsap and our primary communication was in watsap. They asked us to make the payment once all fixed and when we did the payment they booked tickets for the next day of the promised date.
We were like what??? An immediately contacted them they said like, we cannot do anything.

Is the vacation which we planned should be on their mistaken dates I don't totally get that. We called their higher authorities they said sorry we can't do anything. They just have to accept the fault and do the compensation instead of saying Sorry.
Totally disappointed and hopeless for upcoming vacation dates

Amazing service from Calvin even though it was short notice,he was able to assist from Dubai to Uk.he gave me excellent service and I want to thank him and 123 flights.

Jess is the best and she knows what she is doing. She is the best in this job. She has been so patient all through and gave me multiple options and finally chose the best option. Hatts off to her customer service and politeness. This is the first interaction for the first booking and still few in plans. Really impressed with her service oriented mindset and she is an asset for the company.. Hatts off and God Bless her

Kiran is a very sweet and humble person with fabulous professional work ethics. The best part I like in her service that she listen her client carefully and their issues then she suggests deals , she is not making rush with her clients , during my ticket booking process, she was keep giving me follow up on time, she arranged my tickets on peak time of the year which is hard and extremely commendable, thank you so much Kiran and I would love to book my return ticket from your side as well .my experience is very good with , and I request 123 flights , that she deserves nice reward or increment on this New Year. Thanks

Calvin, oh my God is too, too, too much awesome, I never thought that I will be closing deal with him for my travel to India and return as his competitor had offered 100 pounds less his quote, but everything is not money when you come accross this gentleman with developing such amount of trust in him and his company, then you know your right choice is just 123 flight.co.uk with an asset Calvin to this company... Wish you all the best dear Calvin 💓💓💓💓
