Excellent company for 3d printing,In may I bought a ender 3 s1 pro from them,but unfortutely it was faulty,they arranged to get it picked up and found it had another fault I didn't realize it had,so returned another brand new one to me.Ace company that cares about its customers and sells at a good price.

Every now and again, not often enough we come across a supplier which is simply outstanding. 123-3D is one of the best. Email for advice, and relies are almost instant. Steve and Stephen, not sure if same person, but first class for sevice. I should have known as I have been dealing with the parent company Cartridge People for years of excellent prices and service. Well done and thanks again.

Ten out of ten in all regards. I bought some premium PLAs (some of the metal fill PLAs from colorfabb). Not only were they significantly cheaper than any other retailer but they shipped exceptionally quickly. Stephen from Technical Support is a superstar!

purchased a Ender S1 Pro at 3pm and received it the next day at 11am, absolutely brilliant service. all well packaged, inc some free pens etc and will defo order from them again, all this and the cheapest price on the internet what more could you ask for.

Bought a Creality Ender 5 Pro off the website. It arrived, printed once then stopped working. I did some research and tried a few things and figured it was the main board faulty. Phoned up and spoke to Steve. Told him all I’d tried and he said it definitely sounded like the main board. No quibbles, new board ordered and sent out. Now printer working perfect. Very helpful and eager to get everything sorted for me.

I ordered six spools of PLA+ filament. I received an email saying unfortunately it was out of stock and offering an alternative in the same colour but missing the important (to me) +. I wrote back saying I would rather have the PLA+ in a different colour. A quick reply informed me that four spools had come into stock offering to send them plus two of the alternative colour I had identified. To be sent next day delivery free of charge. I had chosen 123 because they had the best prices I could find. After my order they kept me up to date with options and sorted out my requests efficiently. Yes it was disappointing that my original choice was out of stock but I wasn’t left wondering as happens. Finally a big thank you to Stephen whose emails kept me up to date efficiently and politely. My filament turned up the next day as promised.

Ordered a Mars 3 Pro, which arrived safe and sound the next day.

Have now ordered the Elegoo Mercury plus v2, from 123-3d.co.uk of course!

Looking forward to printing some models now.

When I received a cover with a crack (no fault of 123-3D) They were quick to send me a replacement and would not send a courier for the damaged item until I received the replacement in good order. Now that's great service. Thanks Steve and the team at 123-3D

When my 3d printer cooling fan packed up a quick message to123-3d resulted in a replacement delivered to me the following day under warranty !

After searching for 3d printers with competitive pricing and fast delivery I ordered a,Creality ender 3 v2 printer from 1233d. It arrived the next day despite only paying for 3-5 day delivery.
We set it up for my son as a Christmas present but were having problems getting a decent print (mainly due to our bed levelling issues as totally new to 3d printing). I emailed Steve for advice and he responded quickly with advice and also phoned me to talk me through the bed levelling process.
We were still having issues so Steve was happy for us to come on site and guide us and see where we going wrong. Steve kindly and patiently went through the bed levelling process (we had the nozzle too far from the bed) and tightened up a couple of screws which we hadn't quite setup correctly. He then ran a test print on site and printer is now working greaf. Can't thank Steve enough, great price, fast delivery and fantastic after support. Really helpful company and went above and beyond to help us get up and running with a lesson in setup (we've also ordered extra filament from 1233d and again fast delivery and grest pricing). Would definitely recommend.

Outstanding...recently bought flsun sr...ordered on Sunday arrived early noon on Tuesday....the price they sell for is the best around I saved about £60 buying from 123-3d.co.uk...everything arrived on time as expected...box had no damage and contents perfect working order....Will definitely be using again

steve was very informative when I asked for advice re 3d printer tools. They were despatched promptly . I cannot comment on quality as they are a Christmas present for my grandson

I ordered a 3d printer - which arrived next day. I had some issues with the printer giving an error message and couldn't resolve it. I emailed 123-3D and Steve responded the next day. He helped with various suggestions - and even send a replacement head at no cost to me - but being a newbie to 3d I was out of my depth with replacing it. Immediately he suggested replacing the entire printer. However, as I found the one supplied a bit difficult he suggested an upgrade model. The company arranged collection of the printer and immediately credited me on collection. I ordered the replacement which arrived next day. This one is better for me and worth the little bit extra in cost. I strongly suggest giving them a call for advice if you are new to 3d printing as Steve's advice and support was excellent. Will definitely recommend them and buy my filament from them ongoing.
