AVOID!

I wish I read these reviews here before buying!!!! I bought face and eye masks. They are dreadful! The quality of the patches and mask itself are awful, tear apart easily and don't properly "stick" to the skin. The worst is that they irritates the skin! The skin became red and irritated in a minute and I had to take it away. I'm not alleric at all and I never experinced any problems with other skin care before!
The hand cream is not irritated, but absolutely useless. It disappears in a minute with out doing nothing to the skin. Also there're some kind of little things like sand, I'm not sure what for, but it gives unpleasant feeling to the skin.
I don't know why this brand is so reccommended and so popular, because it's terrible!

Instructions not clear

Instructions not clear. Mask slips off face and easily tears. I used this item on May 17,2024 and May 25,2024, which was 2 out of 5 of the masks. A horrible experience that cost me $150.00. I would like a refund. I can easily send back the three masks.

Je suis tombée amoureuse de leur gamme de produits pour le visage. Leur sérum Celestial Black Diamond est tout simplement magique ! Non seulement il hydrate ma peau en profondeur, mais il laisse également un éclat incroyable. J'ai également essayé leur masque facial Rose Gold Brightening, et je dois dire que c'est un véritable coup de cœur. Après une seule utilisation, ma peau était visiblement plus lumineuse et éclatante.

In the beginning I thought well, it cost enough. Week 2 into using my moisturizer public passerbys acquaintances notice a difference in overall look of being younger. I'm 51 so I am thrilled. I do believe this company can afford to give out samples. I just this year heard of this product.

Products have no effect at all.

I bought the oxygen express mask, thankfully it was on a sale so I didn't pay full price for this useless product. It does absolutely nothing, no difference in skin feel or look, It's just a jelly that sits on your face with no effect at all. This product is also made in Korea, so don't believe their misleading "London" branding. Not even worth the money at sale price, let alone the full price which is over £100. Sickening to think they charge this price for a completely useless product that probably costs them £2 to make. There are Much cheaper and more trusted brands with products that actually produce a result in your skin. Avoid this brand please!!!!

Do not waist your money

Do not waste your money. It doesn't do anything. I purchased several items and regret spending over $500 for something that does not work. I should've stayed with my regular creams instead of this horrible brand.

Also, note it is a total scam as the bottles are half empty and it doesn't work. Not the face mask, eye cream, or face cream. Rather stay with classic brands.

I received these in beauty boxes

I received these in beauty boxes. One was a serum and one a cream. They were vitamin c based. I honestly can't tell the difference in my skin. The day cream leaves my skin feeling very greasy. It doesn't soak in. Just lays on top like a film.Not great to apply with makeup. I will use it just because it's so darn expensive but definitely not worth the price.

Absolutely rubbish products. I have used so many other high end luxury brands and have no issue spending extreme amounts on skincare but 111 skincare is dreadful, dries my out, caused spots, does nothing good. Day and night cream are no better than certain cheap high street brands, serums irritating, the sheet masks are just messy and ineffective. I'm surprised retailers such as space nk and net a porter still sell this appalling brand.

Best customer service in a long time

Had an excellent experience with their customer service over WhatsApp. My parcel got lost, but they sorted it out within a day. Really responsive and helpful. One of the best customer service experiences in a long time! Not sure what happened to the other people who left reviews but I’d highly recommend reaching out to them over WhatsApp with any issues you might have.

P.s after emailing

P.s after emailing, received a standard email response, still not refund on my PayPal, all my family done November few orders, didn't receive response, dispatched emails, and how after few emails just standard answer that the items is oos, over £50 in their balance, without refund, god bless opened dispute after payment with PayPal, definitely my first and last orders with them and can't recommend, timewasters, be ready to pay using PayPal or credit card, as they just send fake tracking number, which never got through rm system, and after just some apologies letter

Can't recommend this brand

Can't recommend this brand, bought item 5 weeks ago, so still waiting when the item will be delivered or money refund, great service?! Nah, not about this brand, definitely do not recommend, thats is calling thief money and not give a service, no apologies, no explanation why money is holding for 5 weeks, NOTHING, absolutely disgusting. First and last time use this service. PayPal claim done.
