Horrible experience shopping from you

Horrible experience shopping from you. I ordered a back pack that was supposed to be delivered within the same week but 2 weeks later I never received my order and I get a email message from you saying it's out of stock AND you don't deliver to my country (US) as of 2025. Awful service! Didn't even offer a refund, tried to give me store credit for a business that doesn't deliver to my country(US). I am currently disputing the charge with my bank so I can get my money back since you couldn't even do that, absolutely criminal.

Got everything I ordered

I ordered on April 23rd and I received it by May 8th, I got exactly what I ordered, and they are legit, wasn't sure after seeing some bad feedback on Reddit. I will say that they do not monitor their emails, I never got a response. But everything came brand new and my box was not smashed up just a little dented. It made it to my house safely. I didn't have problems getting my package delivered, I saw there was a couple reviews from somebody said they had to go to a shipping hub to get order. I would definitely buy from them again, it was hassle-free My only negative would be that they just don't check their emails or respond back

More thought into the packaging

The communicating was great; price was decent. Something went wrong with the shipping/packaging. When I received it, the box was open from mishandling. That is not the company fault per se, but the item that was inside was at least 2-3 times smaller than the box, meaning it jumbled around inside it the whole time. Had the box fit the item, it might not have come open.

I waited over six weeks with zero…

I waited over six weeks with zero communication about my order. After getting tired of the silence, I reached out to cancel. Conveniently, right after that, they suddenly shipped the item and claimed it was too late to cancel.

This feels like a tactic to avoid cancellations rather than provide actual service. Extremely disappointing experience and poor customer support.

Shipping Was Not Great

The model arrived in a bit of a beat-up condition (Box), but everything was there, and I was pleasantly surprised at how fast it arrived in the US. The courier service used, DHL, was very difficult to work with. My model arrived at my location (Orlando, FL Area), but it took DHL 3 days to deliver it to my home, and dealing with the local DHL office was a waste of time. I could not get a straight answer as to why my package was not being delivered! That was a PIA, thus the 4-star rating

This company is a SCAM!
Avoid it!
they look like a normal shop, but they use several "dark patterns" to secure your cash before they even have the product:
• The "Phantom Stock" Trick: They list thousands of items as "In Stock" (usually with a 1-2 week delivery estimate) that they do not actually possess. They are essentially a high-delay drop-shipper. By the time you realize the item isn't coming, they've had your money for weeks.
• The "Rolling Deadline" Loophole: When a delivery date passes, they automatically send a template email pushing it back by another month. They do this repeatedly to keep you in their system past the window where many banks allow easy chargebacks.
• The Predatory 25% Cancellation Fee: This is their most "scam-like" tactic. They claim in their terms that if you cancel a pre-order, they keep 25%. However, under EU law, this is often considered an "unfair contract term" if they haven't shipped the item or if they've missed the promised delivery date.
• The Geographical "Mask": By using dozens of local domains (.nl, .it, .co.uk, .be), they trick customers into thinking they are buying from a local shop with local return laws, when everything is actually funneled through their French entity.
