Katastrophale Erfahrung

Katastrophale Erfahrung! Anfangs wurden wir herzlich empfangen, doch bereits nach der ersten Kontrolle fühlten wir uns beinahe dazu gedrängt, eine 5-Sterne-Bewertung abzugeben.

Der gesamte Ablauf wurde uns nicht klar erklärt. Wir wussten weder, wie die Behandlung genau durchgeführt wird, noch wie oft wir dafür in die Klinik kommen müssen. Als wir nachfragten, reagierte Dr. Engin aus unserer Sicht sehr arrogant und unfreundlich und behauptete, wir hätten nicht richtig zugehört.

Daraufhin entschieden wir uns gegen weitere Behandlungen und wollten lediglich die bereits erbrachten Leistungen bezahlen. Nachdem ich ankündigte, eine negative Bewertung abzugeben, wurden wir in einen Raum geführt und die Türen wurden geschlossen. Dort drohte uns ein etwa zwei Meter grosser Mann und sagte, wir dürften keine schlechte Bewertung veröffentlichen. Wir haben uns in dieser Situation sehr eingeschüchtert und unwohl gefühlt.

Ein solches Verhalten ist für uns absolut unprofessionell und inakzeptabel. Aufgrund unserer persönlichen Erfahrung können wir diese Klinik wirklich niemandem empfehlen!
