Jordan was very helpful and patient in assisting with attaching a document. He was able to replace two doors that were damaged when delivered and gave me a delivery date straight away. Thank you!

Mike McCarthy (Cardiff Showroom) turned up at the appointed time with prior confirmation of his attendance (which is always a good start)
Friendly and enthusiastic person, who gave a very detailed explanation of his role in the planning stage for my new kitchen.
After his initial measurements and planning, he took time to show me the plans that he had drawn from those measurements and went on to explain the process of how that would be passed to the kitchen designer in preparation for our fourthcoming meeting.
Mike was extremely professional in the way in which he completed his work and is clearly an outstanding ambassador for Wren.

Great service 4 years after purchase
Excellent service from Olumakemi. 4 years after purchase I have noticed an issue with a cupboard door. Phoned customer care. They immediately sent a video link so they could see the issue. Agreed with my assessment and have arranged to send a replacement door next week. Great service

Great service from our surveyor Jude. Incredibly thorough and professional. Very precise in taking measurements and checked all the technical details like electric sockets and space to store the bedroom furniture before fitting. Highly recommend!

After fitting customer care support
Very professional service- we’ve been very pleased with our lovely new kitchen. As part of the customer care process, we’ve had a couple of occasions where we needed some support, more lately to do with replacement of parts.
