I ordered some LED lights for my kitchen, but unfortunately they were not suitable for the kitchen design Wren had provided. After speaking with Natasha, I was able to arrange a refund without any trouble once I confirmed the order details. Natasha was helpful, professional, and made the process quick and straightforward.

Contacted by Crystal, who was extremely helpful and talked me through the actions needed to address my query. I had raised a query direct with the store who forwarded the issue to the relevant team and within 2 working days had been contacted by Crystal. Overall really good service from team.

T Grant was appointed to do a survey on our bedroom.. .Kept us informed of his arrival time..Tim was a very nice bloke ,very polite and well mannered...Worked quietly and quickly...Within an hour of surveying our bedroom we where sat with a designer in store ..Now that's what l call a service ..

Not had kitchen fitted yet but from the showroom staff james at Sheffield to the home survey team R Wheeler and the fitter Dan coming to check really pleased with everything upto now

Our wardrobe surveyor was Josh. He was friendly, professional, and made the whole process straightforward. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and paid close attention to detail. Josh’s approachable manner and professionalism made the visit stress-free. A Goss arrived at the beginning of our appointment time. He was very Friendly and answered all the questions I had about our new kitchen. Andrew Moss was on time, friendly and efficient. Worked very quickly and accurately whilst answering all of my questions. As I’ve never had a new kitchen I had lots to ask and he was great. A fabulous experience.

From the first time we walked into the showroom in Hemel Hempstead and met our salesman, Abu, until delivery of our kitchen and appliances we have had nothing but first class treatment from Wren. We only had one item that needed replacing, which was a cupboard door as it had a small blemish, and Amanda made the replacement process really easy. We are thrilled to bits with the style and quality of our new kitchen and we can’t recommend Wren Kitchens highly enough. Thanks to everyone who helped make the whole process so easy.

Swapped agreed installation dates after taking payments.

Withheld some terms and conditions by putting them on a separate contract not shared at point of sale.

Multiple payments of hundreds of pounds still due despite ombudsmen rulings and wren assurances.

Floor damaged during installation left unrepaired.

Tap detached very quickly and needed prolonged repairs.

Dishwasher door attached using wrong fitting so broken, wren has informed a fitter a part needed order, didn't order it then closed the case. Then no response from them. This is 8 months after installation.
