The team delivering the kitchen were…
The team delivering the kitchen were excellent and extremely helpful and kept us fully informed , the only issue was that the lorry was packed incorrectly and they had to move other delivery’s to get to ours , but the driver (C Coleman ) and the porter were brilliant , no fuss and very engaging!!

The customer service agent I spoke with…
The customer service agent I spoke with was both empathetic and helpful. She listened to what I had to say and worked through a solution that was able to resolve the issue and provide me with my full refund. This particular individual (I believe her name was Sam) provided me with what I can only describe as exceptional customer service. Can Wren please clone her a thousand times over to help answer these types of customer queries!!! She was amazing.

Amazing service today
Amazing service today. Couldn’t get the huge lorry up the drive (we did tell Wren we needed a small lorry) so Jordan and David had to bring everything up which was a lot of work but not one complaint - such lovely guys. Whole delivery neatly stacked in our garage. Great job.

AVOID Wren Kitchens Slough – Seriously Overpriced for the Quality
I strongly regret buying from Wren Kitchens Slough. In my experience, the materials feel cheap and nowhere near the standard I would expect for the prices they charge. After comparing similar products elsewhere, I found some of Wren’s pricing to be around three times higher. I simply cannot see how the quality justifies that premium.
The sales approach was another major disappointment. Staff were incredibly friendly and attentive before the sale, but I felt much of that enthusiasm disappeared once the money had been spent. When problems arose, I felt fobbed off and pushed towards customer service rather than genuinely supported by the showroom.
I was also extremely disappointed with how the showroom management handled my concerns. I found the approach dismissive and lacking in understanding.
A kitchen is a major investment that should last for years. My advice is to look beyond the sales pitch, inspect the materials carefully and compare like-for-like prices elsewhere before committing. Based on my experience, I would avoid Wren Kitchens Slough and spend my money elsewhere.
