Our surveyor Paul was excellent. He arrived within the allocated time slot, measured up the room, taking photos and making note of all power sockets. Once he finished this, he explained clearly what we should expect from our visit to the showroom.

I was connected to Jordan Dexter who was attentive and listened to my request and responded with accurate information and understood being myself a senior citizen that I appreciated his assistance a credit to your company

Tim came to measure our home for a new fitted kitchen. Very courteous and rang ahead to confirm.

Jordan arrived on schedule, was professional, pleasant, and answered any questions I had.

The input from designer Tate ,his patience and helpful suggestions ensured we ended up with a kitchen that works incredibly well for us and looks great.
The virtual kitchen video was so close to the finished product and helped us to imagine what it would be like to stand in the room when the fitting and decoration were completed. The whole process from first visit to the showroom through to the last day of fitting went very smoothly. We have recommended WREN at Dundee to several friends since our own experience was so positive.

What I thought to be a small problem of one faulted door has escalated to an appreciated offer of to supply an entire replacement kitchen ( as the faulted door is no longer in existence )
TheWren Customer care assistant Samuel Budu showed unbelievable patience as we video called & talked through all the options to achieve remedying the situations .
With so much to decide because of such upheaval I have said I will need time
( including a visit to the showroom ) to decide which option I will take .
I really thank Samuel for all the remarkable patience he gave me at a time when a number of activities around me were going on at the time I took his calls .
He seems well suited to his role in Customer Care .

Bernard Bradley arrived on time. He was knowledgeable, polite, friendly and professional.

Tim was really great when he came to measure our kitchen. He called ahead to let me know when he would be arriving. He was super efficient and took so many details for the two rooms to ensure the kitchen could be designed exactly how we want it.
