We haven’t had our full experience yet with Wren but M Rawlinson came to take measurements etc. and get the ball rolling.

Excellent service from Wren home survey team. D Turco’s communication was excellent prior to the visit, he was respectful of my home and completed the survey efficiently and showed me the plan before her left.

KITKCHENS NUMBER ONE COWBOYS
Wren promotes itself as the UK’s number one kitchen retailer, but my experience has been the complete opposite. The process felt heavily focused on sales and increasing the final cost, with nowhere near enough practical knowledge, care or accountability when problems arose.

Due to mistakes made during the surveying and design process, I was effectively backed into a corner and forced to accept a payment simply so I could continue with the installation. Even after doing so, my kitchen remains only partially complete and is not finished to the standard or design I originally paid for.

I have also been left out of pocket through additional fuel and travel costs, including having to transport washing elsewhere because I was left without a fully functioning kitchen. Despite repeatedly raising these points, Wren has failed to properly address them and appears determined to ignore the financial impact its mistakes have caused.

Once the sale is complete, the level of support disappears. In my experience, the priority was increasing the value of the order rather than ensuring the kitchen was designed correctly and the customer received the service they had paid for.

I will continue escalating this matter and sharing my experience until I am properly reimbursed and my kitchen is completed in the way it was originally designed and sold to me.

One word accurately sums up my experience: COWBOYS.

Update they have still yet to give me a valid resolution.

Beware that they lie on there reponses and maker you feel is if they are doing something but they don't.

Robbed, fraud - all of the above. Trading Standards are aware of how awful this company are.

The customer service representative, Rhys, was very helpful in resolving my issue today. Great communication during and after the call, with next steps clearly explained. I am satisfied with the way my query was handled

Adeniran Was very helpful and made sure everything would be delivered together on the same day, he helped to put my mind at ease knowing that my problem could be fixed.

Michael McCarthy our surveyor was super. He was from the off, friendly and knowledgeable and a genuine down to earth human willing to have a chat and provide brilliant customer service and knowledge. Very prompt and efficient whilst completing our kitchen measure and very helpful and explained things well.

Your experience will be fine as long as nothing goes wrong. The standard customer care team are frustratingly disjointed and you get a different person with a different response each time meaning you have to start from scratch. If your lucky enough to be escalated to a different team they are initially helpful then in my case just became patronising. Real shame as our showroom experience was great, they just don't have the after service in place to see the experience through.

Purchased a Gloss White Autograph Infinity Kitchen in August 2021 and it has discoloured. Contacted Wren Customer Service and spoke to April Rubie. She was extremely friendly and helpful. A zoom video link was setup so the kitchen could be filmed. Since it was still under guarantee the discoloured items would be replaced free of charge. We were given the option to select 3 sample colours from the Infinity Range, which were to be delivered next day. When we have selected our new colour all the decorative items will be delivered to us. Since Wren Kitchens carryout an excellent customer service.We would highly recommend them to our family and friends.

Rhyls was very helpful in every way possible. Talked me through a zoom call and doubled checked everything that needed to be done.
