Excellent communication throughout

Would 1st like to say that Wrens products are excellent quality. But their customer service is absolutely abysmal.
We have just had our 2nd kitchen supplied by Wren.
The 1st experience in 2020 was perfect. Absolutely no problems at all.

But the 2nd time has been a pain!
Wren never sent out their team to confirm measurements before sending the kitchen. 2 of the walls units sent were the wrong size. We had to buy a new fridge because the gap for ours was too small and they never sent the glass protective splashback for our new hob. They insisted that we never ordered a splashback when it was Wren themselves that told us we had to have the splashback for safety when we were designing our kitchen.

As mentioned before, Wren never sent out their team to confirm measurements, but now it is down to us to remeasure the gaps with photos, rather than them coming out and measuring like they should have in the 1st place.

You can only speak with your designated kitchen designer when you have any problems or queries. But ours was off work for long periods of time (which is fine) but this meant that we could get no help during these periods.
Lots of unanswered email chains or terribly long replies. And when we went into Wren to speak of our issues, they had a completely different person registered as our designer who had no idea who we even were.

Customer service has been pretty much nonexistent through the whole process.

Would have given 1 star, but their products are really nice. But the rest is horrendous.

Will not be returning and will not recommend.

Keiron was friendly, informative and professional , I was given lots of advice and choice on my options.

Right the way through, from planning to delivery the whole process was actually really easy and smooth. Lovely people, friendly and professional, their knowledge really helped us maximise our space and got us a fabulous kitchen, well made and that looks great too. A couple of issues were easily resolved in the end. So would absolutely recommend.

We had some dealings with customer service after a few issues and Zoe was amazing.
Her communication was clear at all times. She listened to our issues and always followed up with a plan.
She always followed up with a call or voicemail and email which was really appreciated due to hectic busy days!
She was always willing to listen and help out where at all possible.

I attended your Chester Greyhound store at 6pm this evening with my partner to enquire about fitted wardrobes. On entering, we were met by a male on the door who was very welcoming and friendly. He directed us upstairs to the wardrobes and advised a sales assistant upstairs would assist us. It was very clear at this point we were the only customers in the showroom.
We went upstairs, and although we weren’t met by anyone, this wasn’t an issue as we were happy to look ourselves. After sometime, we decided we needed some help for a quote as the prices aren’t displayed. There was a female assistant sat in the chair with her back to us, playing instagram reels quite loud. We firstly walked straight past her as we felt awkward asking, then remembered she is actually in work and we should ask for some help. I had to politely say ‘excuse me’ twice to get her attention away from Instagram. She then turned around and told us that due to there only being two staff on wardrobes on a Friday, she would be unable to give us a quote as she has too much work to do, but could book us in on another day. I was abit taken aback by this as we were the only customers in the store, it was 2hrs til closing and she wasn’t logged on to her computer doing any work - she was scrolling social media, and very loudly too. Due to not being logged onto her computer, her name was displayed on the screen - Claire Raynor. After asking several times just for a rough quote and being told no, we left.
On our way out, the male customer assistant at the door couldn’t have been more helpful. He spent two minutes talking to us and giving us ideas and an approximate quote, which is all we wanted in the first place from the lady upstairs.
The two stars on this review are for the man by the door, I didn’t catch his name although his badge stated ‘designer’ and he was great. Claire’s customer service on the other hand was below poor and unfortunately has put us off buying our wardrobes from Wren.

We bought some products for our new countryside home from wren, they look great and the quality is fantastic. We’ll be returning customers.

The lovely Christian carcalea worked his magic as usual. His design was fab and looks amazing.

Super smooth experience. The fitter was friendly and very very good.

Waste collection all organised for me.

Have used wren three times now, would highly recommend them. Especially Christian. He’s the best.

Home survey was completed to professional standard by S Naziri. He was polite professional and courteous. He as really thorough and asked the right question to help us progress to the next step. Highly recommend.

This is the second day after my kitchen delivery on Wednesday that i have had to report damaged items.Not ideal,but Liam put me at ease right away,educating me how to use Zoom and show him where and what the faults are on the video.Satisfied,he then organised the parts to be sent next Saturday the 29th.My experience with Liam ensured me that his customer service was excellent.Hope this is the last replacement i need for this new kitchen..Cheers Liam.

Amanda dealt with my call - she couldn't be more helpful. She was friendly, understanding and helpful. She diligently went through my issue, and helped me get replacement parts, double checking everything as she went. Great customer service.
