Amanda was an absolute trooper when I told her that I would have to cancel my purchase due to date of deliver given would be detrimental to finishing the kitchen installation. She managed to process the refund immediately.

AVOID WREN KITCHENS — TERRIBLE QUALITY AND EVEN WORSE AFTER-SALES SERVICE
I would strongly advise anyone considering Wren to think very carefully before spending their money with this company.
I bought a Wren Buckingham Green kitchen, expecting a premium-quality kitchen. Wren currently describes this range as Infinity Plus, with a 25-year guarantee. In reality, my kitchen has developed serious problems after just over three months.
The worktop was installed on 18 June 2026. The kitchen had not even been properly used for a period because the house was still being finished. Once we started using it and sunlight came into the room, I noticed white marks/lines appearing along the edges of almost all the cupboard doors. At first I thought it was dust. I tried wiping one with nothing more than water and a microfibre cloth, and it did not come off.
The white line appears repeatedly in the same position along the edges of the doors, exactly where the Buckingham Green finish meets the edge.
I contacted Wren. Initially, I was told the cupboards looked damaged and would need replacing. Then I was told the quality team would deal with it. However, nobody actually came to my home to inspect the cupboards. Instead, I was later accused that the problem was caused by chemical/abrasive cleaning products and even by the extension work.
This is completely unacceptable. I had already noticed the white marks before I had properly cleaned the kitchen. So blaming cleaning products does not reflect what actually happened.
I was also told the cupboards had passed Wren's quality checks. If this is the standard that passes their quality control, that says a lot.
Wren then offered me a discount towards replacing the doors. I refused. Why would I pay towards replacement doors on a kitchen that is barely three months old?
And the problems don't stop there. With normal everyday use, fingerprints, water splashes and marks are extremely difficult to remove. When the sun is shining, the cupboards look covered in marks and the finish appears pale, patchy and uneven.
I have lived in several homes and have never experienced this with kitchen cupboards. I expect a kitchen to be used, touched and cleaned without looking damaged almost immediately.
The showroom and 3D design looked fantastic. The reality is very different. What looks impressive in the showroom is not necessarily what you get once it is installed in a real home with natural daylight and everyday use.
I am now having my utility room fitted by another kitchen company. I deliberately chose a different company and a different type of painted finish because, after this experience, I would not buy another Wren kitchen.
For me, this has been an expensive lesson. If you are considering Wren, don't just look at the showroom and the 3D design. Look very carefully at the actual finish in bright natural light and think about how it will cope with everyday use.
Three months old and already looking like this is simply not acceptable.

Wren have been helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and left to brouse. We were then approached by a chap called Gary, who happened to be the regional manager visiting for the day. He was very helpful in answering all questions we had. Spent a good 30 minutes with us, then handed us over to a lovely young lady called Karen Leveret to take down our details and plan our next steps. She arranged a surveyor to come and measure up the space two days later and a follow up meeting to discuss our design and layout two day after that.
The surveyor S Jeff's was polite and efficient and didn't complain after we sprung a curve ball to him. We asked him to measure up a second space as a plan B.
Very happy to have gone in to see them in Croydon.

Martin and Tom were efficient, professional and clearly cared about what they were doing.
They explained the process fully and cleaned up after themselves. Time and care was taken and they wanted to be sure we were happy with their work before they left.
We are very happy with the quartz worktop and them as fitters.

This company has the worst customer aftercare i have ever known. I had a kitchen fitted the end of last year. Paid cash, big mistake. The kitchen has a 5 year warranty. I noticed the tall oven housing unit is coming away from the wall at the top. I contacted Wrens, explained the problem and was asked to send photos, which i did, clearly showing the unit coming away from the wall. I was then contacted a couple of weeks later and asked to send more photos, which I did. Each time being told, "I really want to get this sorted for you." Another couple weeks and then a call from Wrens asking for another photo! I refused and said this is a Health and Safety issue because the unit and oven could fall on me and I am nervous to be in my kitchen. I then received an email stating that an installer would contact me direct to arrange a visit to sort the problem. That was over a week ago and I have heard nothing. I would say to anyone considering a new kitchen, dont use Wrens! I wish i had bought on credit because i would have straight away stopped payment and I am sure this would have been sorted by now! Its a terrible company that does not deserve your hard earned money.

Delivery was done on scheduled time. Delivery personnel were very polite with professional attitude. Delivery service was very efficient. Well done to the delivery crew.

Having to wait a week for an engineer to come out to inspect our faulty Neff microwave combi which has had 2 weeks use is a joke especially when Wren took 3 days to respond to our problem . Will our problems ever end with Wren ?

Punctual delivery and got the job done without any issues. Items arrived well packaged.

Fantastic polite man

It is approx seven years ago since I had my WREN kitchen fitted. It is one of the top of the range.
The salesman went above and beyond in making certain that my kitchen would be perfect. Nothing was too much trouble. He came up with lots of ideas. (Some that I had not thought about)
It was obvious that he wanted to be sure that I would be highly satisfied.
He promised perfection and that is exactly what I got.
It is looking just as good now as it was when it was first fitted.
