Friendly & professional

After having an issue with our kitchen no fault to Wren, it had been such a stressful and difficult day. It was honestly so nice to speak to someone who truly cared about helping and making things right.

Richard went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved and got everything fixed so quickly. His kindness, understanding and genuine willingness to help really meant a lot, especially after such a frustrating day.

We ordered a Wren kitchen with the skilled aid of Lucy a designer.
The products were all delivered in apparently good condition, one slightly damaged door will be replaced within a week.
The installer worked hard and much skill to complete with as little disruption to us as possible. Highly recommend him.

Ana was an absolute gem and such a help. Very efficient and lovely to talk to.

Joseph was super helpful on the phone. He arranged a replacement cupboard for us when the one provided was too long. Very quick turnaround. Thank you.

Glen and Alan went absolutely above and beyond on one of hottest days of the year. These guys were true pros and managed to even make sure a unit that absolutely should not have fit made it in! Credit to them both, very happy with the service.

We had Mr Hickman come in to measure wardrobes for our house. He was polite and friendly. Measured everything without making any mess. Overall happy with his help, really good customer service.

We had P Ford come out to measure our kitchen, and he was absolutely lovely. He was friendly, professional, and took his time to make sure everything was measured carefully and accurately. Very punctual and polite service from Tim Marks. He came to our home today to measure for a new kitchen design. He answered all of our questions and was friendly and approachable.

We had a measuring up done of our kitchen by Mr T Moyo. He was brilliant, accomodating and very helpful providing advice about regulations others had not and which was significant.

We had our kitchen installed in March, we have already spotted cracked door, door with loose hinges and cracked cabinet. The complaint was opened 3 weeks ago , they have sent me the wrong part and still no contact from the new installer , they are now ignoring our emails.

We’ve had Tim from Wren Durham out to measure our kitchen again after we made some fairly significant changes to the footprint, including our utility room.

Once again, Tim was absolutely brilliant. He was incredibly thorough, took the time to make sure every measurement and detail was right, and was really helpful with the changes we’ve made. Nothing felt rushed and he was more than happy to talk everything through with us and make sure the new layout would work properly.

We actually met Tim when he carried out our original survey and were really impressed with him then, so it was lovely to have him back for the remeasure. He’s knowledgeable, professional and genuinely takes an interest in getting everything right.

Renovating an old Victorian house definitely throws up its challenges and our plans have changed along the way, but Tim has made this part of the process really straightforward and stress-free.

Donna who dealt with my claim was an absolute pleasure to deal with.I only had 4 days left of my 10year kitchen door warranty and I noticed some of my high gloss doors had warped and Wren are replacing all doors, decorative panels, cornices and kickboards without question. Very impressed by Donna and the Wren warranty, can’t recommend them both highly enough.

It was an easy process from start to finish. We only went to the showroom the day before the appointment, so we're pleased to be able to get an appointment so quickly.
The appointment system was useful, with text messages giving updates on the arrival. The surveyor, Adrian, was prompt and completed the survey without any issues. He was friendly and respectful and we look forward to the next stage of the process.

He was quick, efficient and polite

The sales person, Tate was very personable and not at all pushy, which is really important. Brilliant customer service and the kitchen installation went to plan and was done professionally and smoothly with minimum disruption.
