The customer care assistant Natasha was very efficient and stayed with us calling us back till the problem was sorted out.

The wardrobes are well made however they all come in flat pack i was told all ready built noway they are just flat pack the designer adds many things to the order to bulk it up not very good i have 7 boxes of everything from endpanels to filler panels to shelve packs they con you to get there comission up im really annoyed at this try and get something exchaged you have to lie and beg this is not a proffessional organisation designers need to be retrained and help customers not there self ive been fitting furniture made to measure all my life my daugter wanted these wardrobes so i agreed to fit them i cant believe how much extra i got a big con because i had to pay for them

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you feel the wardrobes themselves are well made, although we’re sorry that you were disappointed with the way the products were supplied and with the design process.
Our fitted wardrobes are supplied flat-packed to allow for successful delivery into the property. Access can be particularly challenging when moving large and tall units through doorways, hallways and upstairs, where bedrooms are typically located. Supplying the wardrobes in component form helps our delivery teams navigate these access restrictions and reduces the risk of damage during delivery.
We’d also like to clarify that items such as décor ends, filler panels, cornice and other decorative components are not simply added to increase the size of an order. These are integral parts of a fitted bedroom design and are used to finish the installation and create the fully fitted, built-in appearance. This differs from freestanding wardrobes commonly purchased from DIY stores, which are generally designed to stand independently without the additional panels and finishing components required to achieve a fitted look.
However, we’d really like to look into this for you. I’ve sent a request via Trustpilot for your order details so we can check what’s happened and get back to you quickly.

I visited several kitchen providers…
I visited several kitchen providers before choosing Wren, I went with them initially because of the price and the quality of the products. My partner used to look after any renovations but sadly he is no longer with us so this was all new to me & very overwhelming for me. The team in the Coventry showroom are amazingly relaxed, informative and really helpful- they made the process much easier than I thought it would be - I highly recommend Del Shoker. The kitchen itself now it’s been fitted looks great, even better than the designs I was provided with. There were a couple of issues with items delivered however Chelsea in customer service has sorted them out for me already! I feel like both of these team members went above and beyond - a real asset to Wren.

This is a review for a bedroom installation .
Whole process was easy and very seamless from design to delivery to installation and pick up of the rubbish.
Andy worked tirelessly to install a wardrobe set we are really pleased with - colour and design.
Sasha in the office tried to get our install as quick as poss even though we were moving house and held up the process.
