A. Afzal arrived very punctual, and any questions I asked, he gladly answered. He was very thorough and quick and showed me the plan on his laptop of how the space he had measured would look , with a wall that is currently there and what it would also look like without it too, which was very helpful. So far so good !!!

whilst the installation of my bedroom units went well. I had to pay extra to the sub contractor of work that should of been included within the contract but was left off. The sub contractor gave me an invoice for the work and was then submitted to Wren.... Thats when Wren let me down. They sent out a cheque for the extra work carried out, the cheque wasnt signed, asking for another one to be sent out has been a nightmare im still waiting, you cannot get through to customer services, its always a 40 mins wait time, and trying to have a conversation with customer services online is terrible.
This experience has really put me off buying from them again.

We had M Rawlinson visit us today from Wren, to measure up for our design appointment, and he was absolutely lovely. Friendly, professional and really easy to chat to, he made the whole process feel relaxed and straightforward. A real credit to Wren — thank you!

What an absolute shambles from beginning to... well its still ongoing!!
We were quoted by the showroom salesman "Ive never had an installation go more than 2 weeks". Well here we are, yesterday was the start of the 8th week of our 2 week installation and we still have no eclectics, lighting, floor, or walls. I dont even know if we are half way yet.
The contractor worked fab the first week, then stopped coming. No comms, for the next few weeks he came once or twice a week, usually at 16:00 onwards when on the way back from jobs that were obviously far more important than ours. At 5 weeks he was unfortunately taken seriously ill, and we wish him all the best for his recover, however Wren have left us in utter limbo ever since!!
So here we are. No lights, debris, chaos and wreckage everywhere, us and the three kids eating on our laps every night because our dining room is STILL the "Temporary" kitchen, no communication, no plan, no idea whats going to happen next or if they will ever finish this godforsaken kitchen.
Oh yeah, and the fitter installed the kitchen an inch to high, meaning we either have to get the whole kitchen lowered to the ground level, of have the whole room screeded to the correct level at additional cost to us.
I could honestly scream. All they do is blame the contractor and wash their hands of the whole project, to which they have now gone completely silent on text and Email.

Once they get your money they lose all interest! Our kitchen was fitted over 3 weeks ago - several bits were missing and counter was damaged so the fitters did the needful and ordered the bits needed (subsequently discovered there was another infill piece missing). We have had a couple of the bits in the post but no mention of the infill or the counter. We are a registered home based bakery business so to say that it is causing an issue not being able to use half the kitchen as there is no counter is an understatement. I have phoned the customer care team multiple times but never been able to get through - once I gave up at 35 mins on hold and the other time cut off at 43 minutes, and rang the store in utter desperation multiple times but all they can do is send an email which seems to do nothing as I have never received the phone call they are asking me to get. Biggest mistake I ever made was going through this company!!!

The customer service advisor Richard was extremely helpful and polite during our telephone conversation, fully understanding the issue we experienced and resolving in a quick and professional manner.
