Couldn't fault anything.

Samul was very helpful and polite in answering my questions and providing information.

Both Rob and Jesse were very friendly delivery men. Helpful and efficient.
Also gave some good advice.
I was warned that the kitchen delivery would take up some room, but I was still amazed how many items came.
But both Rob and Jesse carefully unloaded everything and still managed to leave a fair bit of room for the contractors to work around.

T Moyo came to measure today, was very friendly. No issues at all, worked quickly and quietly. Very polite!

Horrific company - avoid at all costs

Wren kitchens have been fantastic from start to finish. From entering the shop in carlisle, designing my kitchen, tweeking the design. The kitchen fitter and quartz worktop team and fitters. I cant fault you all. You have done a fantastic job and i love my new kitchen. I would deffinetly recomend wren kitchens.

On time and friendly.

I discovered that part of my kitchen order was damaged. I received a callback from a wren customer service operator. Richard was helpful and efficient and clearly explained the replacement process and scheduled a delivery date on the same day as my worktop measurement. So far my wren experience has been excellent. The guys turned up on time, were very pleasant and went about their work efficiently. Could not fault the service

After a 42 minute wait on the phone for someone to answer, the call handler at Wren Head Office did deal with my problems efficiently and quickly.

Working with Una from Tunbridge Wells, on our recent home renovation has been an absolute pleasure. She took on the task of designing three major spaces for us—our kitchen, utility room, and dressing room—and completely nailed the brief. From start to finish, Una was an exceptional designer to work with.
She brought so many clever and highly creative ideas to the table, especially when it came to maximizing our storage. The spaces she created are not just beautiful, but incredibly efficient and functional for everyday life.
Una is efficient, organised, and has an amazing eye for detail. Her ingenious storage ideas have completely transformed how we use these rooms. What stood out the most was her fantastic attitude; nothing was ever too much to ask, and she supported us every step of the way. We are over the moon with the final result!

wake up and smell coffee if you think Wren is better than then any cowboy builder in your neighbourhood . Pathetic customer services . The only good thing is the designers they have in showroom . design your kitchen and wardrobes from them and find someone who can fit it for you .

Both Rob Hornsey and Jesse were courteous and friendly in their interactions with us. This is another example of the continuing excellent overall service we have received from Wren over the years.
