straightforward, and Anna Crone took the time to understand what l wanted and offered helpful suggestions. The quality of the kitchen is excellent, with a good range of styles and finishes to choose from. Wren delivered my daughter’s bedroom furniture today.. she lives on a new estate, which isn’t easy to navigate because it’s not even on Google Maps yet! Our delivery driver was Oyewole Oloye. Can’t thank him enough for his patience. He walked round the whole estate, then eventually found a postman who helped him locate the house. Delivery into the house was done with care and attention. Great overall experience
We had a really positive experience overall buying our kitchen from Wren and everyone that helped us in the process (from the showroom staff to the delivery team) was excellent. We want to especially thank Olivia at customer care for her help. The kitchen fitters had damaged one of the pieces of our kitchen so we had to ring to get a new one to replace it. Unfortunately, due to the type of damage, we had to pay for the replacement but Olivia seemed to go out of her way to help us and then secured a much better price than we had been quoted from our local showroom when we rang to see what our options were. We had thought about just living with the damage but thanks to Olivia we know we will now be 100% happy with our kitchen and it was well worth paying the price she negotiated to get the problem fixed. Thank you to all at Wren and especially Olivia for helping us! 😊
