I was very pleased with the customer service I got from wickes today by abbey. She is friendly and helpful and I will definitely be coming back to Wickes again.

My sister and I walked into Wickes at Seven Sisters with the view to purchasing some Laminate flooring!
We were clueless and looked a bit lost when we were approached by assistant Aishah …
Aishah was so welcoming and professional taking all our worries away!
Her knowledge and experience were second to none!
We left as very happy customers!!
Since then, we have made Wickes Tottenham our number one store!!

I came in just to browse for a new kitchen and bathroom but ended up sitting down with a gentleman called Buv who helped me with all the questions I had. After 3 visits to the store I now have a fully kitted new stunning bathroom. OI appreciate your time and help and to everyone else in the store

The order process was okay, but arranging delivery is a complete nightmare.

Rearranging delivery is only possible by calling the ‘delivery team’, who rarely answer the phone. Over a few days, my partner and I have spent well over 4 hours on hold trying to arrange a suitable delivery date which has been incredibly frustrating. Note: Our actual delivery date was arranged by the salesperson, whom we emailed after failing to get through to the delivery team.

That delivery date was today, and we arranged for one of our builders to be in our flat from 7am. We received a text at 5:28am this morning confirming that the kitchen would be arriving at 6:28am. Nobody was in to receive it.

I’ve just been on hold for almost another hour trying to reschedule. This time I did manage to get through, but I have just been told we now have to wait another 6 days.

In my opinion, I would not recommend a Wickes kitchen to anyone given the delivery experience. I can’t comment on the quality of the kitchen itself as it is currently in a North London warehouse.

Update: Our experience got worse. We needed to order more materials for the backsplash since the Wickes designer incorrectly calculated how much we needed. We had to chase up frequently for a delivery date and were told at one point that by mistake the order hadn’t been passed to the supplier. It took about a month to receive the extra material.

In my opinion, avoid Wickes at all costs.

I was served by a very attentive young lady called B in the Tottenham store.
From the moment I walked into store she asked me if I need any help with a smile, she was very knowledgeable on all the products that I enquired and helped me with my decision on the flooring for my new house. Overall great service!

Costas Christou (Wickes Tottenham showroom) is the tops - I do not believe anyone could surpass the level of service he gave me. He was helpful, incredibly patient and gave me the time, space and support generally that I needed in order to make decisions. I benefitted from his long experience both of kitchen design and of working alongside customers (like me) who are easily overwhelmed with so much to choose from.
He is an asset to Wickes.

AVOID THIS SH*T !!!
My experience with Wickes has been nothing short of terrible. I ordered all my bathroom furniture through them and was promised that everything would arrive within 10 days. Based on this, I began the bathroom renovation by demolishing the existing setup. However, one of the most important items—the bath—was scheduled to arrive six weeks later.(No one told me about this when i purchased)

After spending hours on phone calls and emails, the bath was finally ready for delivery, but the delivery company refused to bring it to the third floor and left it outside my flat instead. When I contacted Wickes, they claimed that this was the delivery company's responsibility.

How can this be the delivery company's responsibility when the deal was made with Wickes and the payment was made directly to you? I purchased the product from your store, paid you directly, and Wickes is responsible for ensuring the product is delivered to my flat—not left outside.

This passing of responsibility is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company. I strongly advise others to avoid this kind of experience.

Worst customer experience I could imagine. Cashier completely ignored me but was alive enough to the world to spend the whole transaction telling her friend how she had rinsed a guy last night. I expect the worst service from Wickes but its a last resort for hardware basics. Strongly recommend shopping anywhere but here.

Everyone I spoke to at the Wickes Tottenham showroom was warm, friendly and helpful, none more so than Costas Christou. I had a rough idea of what I wanted my kitchen to look like and Costas turned that into a reality - he wasn't phased by the weird dimensions of the kitchen or any of the curveballs that threw at us. To have someone so knowledgable, professional and excellent at problem-solving working on the design for the kitchen was very reassuring; from the moment we sat down, I was completely confident in his ability to do a brilliant job. He clearly explained everything from the design process to the finance options to the next steps. I can't wait to see the kitchen come to life!

The prospect of replacing my aging kitchen was a daunting one. I knew roughly what I wanted in the broadest outlines, a decent domestic area where cooking and washing could take place but I had no intention to ‘live the dream’ by means of my new kitchen. I turned up at the Wickes, Tottenham Showroom for an appointment with Costas Christou and received the kind of advice, attention to detail, encyclopaedic knowledge, and sympathy that I’ve rarely encountered when making a purchase. I had no idea that the creation of a kitchen involved so much detail and Costas took me through the whole process painlessly, explaining all the choices to be made, what would and wouldn’t work, and leaving me free without pressure or tiresome salesman talk to arrive at the kind of space that would make me happy. That space is small and oddly shaped, but Costas worked through all its oddities with immense patience and care. Despite my initial anxieties, I now await delivery of my new kitchen with the highest expectations: thank you Costas!

Costas at the Tottenham store came for a home visit to measure up for two extensive bathroom renovations and I then had the joy of working through the plans with him in-store a few days later. He went far above and beyond, helping me make good decisions with every aspect of the designs, explaining the process to me with perfect clarity, and bringing the designs to life with his amazing grasp of the 3D design software. I have such confidence in him with his years of experience working at Wickes and look forward to our work together coming to life! It feels very good to be in the hands of a very professional team at this store.

We urgently needed a new kitchen, and Tollulah at the Tottenham store made the entire process seamless. She guided us through the design with both skill and warmth, ensuring we understood every step as we were new to this. Tollulah took the time to understand our vision, offering helpful suggestions that we happily incorporated into our design. We provided her with a budget, and she expertly ensured we got the best value for our money without compromising on style or quality. Now that our kitchen is fitted, it looks absolutely amazing and is a dream come true! Thanks so much Tolullah, I will always think of you when I look at my gorgeous gold handles!

Recently I have liaised with a lady from the Tottenham branch ,Necibe Berk who was so helpful with me and wickes as a company I should think .

I’m having a bathroom installed through wickes and my mixer shower is/ was unavailable! This is a major concern. I’m spending over 10k on a bathroom and now my shower doesn’t match my taps and is out of stock !! I am ten days without a shower already and my plumber needs this to complete his absolutely fantastic job that that he has put so much into (Craig from consort) the work this man does is outstanding,please come and view !

From the initial phone call , we got disconnected, not a problem she rang me back with good news , Tottenham have the shower.
A few words with her manager and my tale of woe she has now labelled it with my details to be placed in the showroom cupboard at Tottenham.

Julius has now been informed by myself tonight via email 18.00 as I have requested a phone call from him first thing in the morning so perhaps we can get a same day courier to get it to my property and fitted.

Julius also deserves recognition within this review, I would definitely acclaim him also as a very astute, organised member of your staff .

I had a new bathroom design done by Costas. He was simply great, very patient and explained everything step by step. I really trusted him. Ongoing, I know I can contact him if I have any concerns, which is a plus when it comes to customer service. Fabulous design and I can't wait to get the bathroom fitted.

I have both my kitchen and bathroom done through Wickes’ Byspoke service and am absolutely thrilled with both. The DC (design consultant) visited the property as a first step which meant she was aware of the space and style that I was going for. Shaysta from the Tottenham store was very professional and gave some really sound advice. The instore experience to get the design done only took an hour and you can make changes to the plans afterwards. The selection of sinks in particular were amazing - think Vitra and Franke. Delivery by Wickes for both all happened on time and the guys dropping the stuff off were very professional and careful (no missing items). Installation was also done through Wickes and they were top notch - every ask was followed and the finished product and fit were really well done (finding solutions for issues that occurred such as cupboard doors that needed to be changed so they opened past the over handle).
All in all a very happy Wickes customer and would recommend to anyone wanting a cost effective stylish kitchen/bathroom.
