Becky was a fantastic help ! I didn’t have a clue what I was looking for and she got me exactly what I needed for my doors !
Mark was friendly and helpful at the till too. 10/10 service

Went to buy some paint that I used 6 years ago.. couldn't find it. I asked the lady at the til if they still made it, she couldn't find it but called someone else over who tried to help me. Eventually managed to get a paint made that was identical as they no longer stocked that colour. Both the lady at the till and the man on the floor were very helpful. The paint was spot on. Thank you.

Fi was wonderful, real hard worker and great knowledge. Kind and respectful and adhered to my needs. 5* all the way

Melanie was amazing. She helped us order 3 bathrooms and all the tiles, taps etc to be delivered and this was with us having no clue what styles we wanted. From scratch she got us organised with our choices and order complete. Saved us so much stress and time. Thanks Melanie

Stopped by at the Chatham branch for a few trivial items. Couldn't find them, but one assistant went out of his way to take me to them.

I just made a general enquiry about some items for shower walls, and she really went the extra mile.
She listened carefully to what I needed and made some helpful suggestions, and took me around to the displays to show me the products that would meet my needs.

We recently purchased a new kitchen from Wickes Chatham, and the entire experience was exceptional. The team were friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to helping us make the right choices for our home.

A special thank you to Vivienne Cornwell from the kitchen design team. Vivienne was outstanding — patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive to every detail. She guided us through the design process with care and helped us create a kitchen that fits our home perfectly.

We also want to thank the rest of the staff at Wickes Chatham, who were consistently supportive and made every visit smooth and enjoyable. Their positive attitude and willingness to help extended beyond the kitchen department.

In addition to the kitchen, we purchased other tools and materials for our home renovation, and the quality of advice and service across the store was excellent. The team helped us choose the right products with confidence, and the overall experience genuinely set Wickes apart from other retailers we had considered.

The professionalism, product knowledge, and customer care we received made Wickes our clear choice for both the kitchen and the wider renovation of our home.

I am a novice in DIY. Wickes in Chatham.
Luckily I met some very helpful people like Mike, Melissa, Shanon and Carmel on the shop floor. Melissa went out of her way to show me products and explain what could best help me. Over and above what one would expect. Mike and Shanon likewise helped with understanding what I needed and then showed me the items. Thank you Carmel, a sweet presence and she reminded me take my toilet seat home! 🥰Mr Ashok too. A gentleman! Lovely team. Thank you

Wickes in Chatham have always helped with our community projects in Medway Men In Sheds by donating materials or tools to use whenever we need them. The service has always been fantastic and our shedders love going down, speaking to the team and feeling a part of something bigger for the community.

I represent The Men's Shed Age UK Whitstable &Beltinge (set up for the psychological welfare of men of a certain age (>50) and have worked with Robert The Chatham Store Manager and team for several years. Robert has shown great interest and support in the development of our Shed and its members. This enables our various activities and makes it possible to help ourselves and also to interact with other charitable organisations in the community using our skills and support from The Chatham Wickes Store. It is a very positive contribution to the local community and greatly appreciated. A big thank you!

Cannot praise Terry at Chatham Kent store. He asked if I needed any help which I did , found trolley for me, loaded 7 boxes of tiles into my car. Could not have managed without his help. Thank you Terry.

This whole experience has been a total disaster from beginning , oh that’s right there is no end yet!

Massive thank you to Mel for her help today. I had complete baby brain and in a panic to get out the store last month I bought the wrong colour paint. Phoned up today to see if I could swap it, before making the drive down, and spoke to Mel. She was SO helpful and took my details to call me back after she’d cleared a swap with the duty manager. Within 5 minutes she had called me back and approved it and was even putting a tin of the correct colour behind the till to make it as easy as possible for me. When I arrived I then learned the only ones in stock were up on the top racking in boxes, so she’d undone them all until she found the colour I needed. 5* star and above service. Thank you so much, Mel!

Very poor, gave the wrong order to my partner on click and collect and when returned, appeared to credit the incorrect order so no refund given. No response to emails.

The Wickes Chatham team have always been super helpful to us whenever we have been to the store. Staff are always friendly, offer advice and seem happy which is nice to see!
After a very poor experiance with main Wickes customer service the team in store have helped us various times in this process to help resolve it and went above and beyond to help us sort this while we were in store.
Cannot fault the staff at this branch in any way. Big shout out to Fi, Callum and Carina for their excellent customer service, dedication and transparency in the whole situation. Team members like them and im sure others in the branch are the best representation the company could ask for.

Ashok was so professional and helpful. Would certainly recommend.

I have used Wickes store in Chatham quite a lot recently and would like to mention that I have been served a lot by a man called Josh, who is always very upbeat and polite. We need more people like him in this world. Keep up the good work 👍

Day from hell. Terry's help chatham branch in trying patiently to figure out how to resolve a blockage issue is why I am here. He looked at reviews. Walked me to the products. None of your "aisle 3 goodluck" rubbish. Thank you for making today less stressful.
