Ordered 2 lovely books, 2 separate orders, both were packaged well and delivered promptly. Both included a personalised "packaged by" message which was a lovely touch . Will purchase from here again

Great shop, delivered faster than expected
My parcel was delivered extremely quickly, 3 days before expected and was securely packaged properly

I highly recommend this store
I highly recommend this store for all your Anime/Manga/Kawaii needs. I am buying early for my eldest daughters birthday and decided to check out Tokyo Toys, I wasn't disappointed.
They have some amazing items on their online store and the staff are the best. (One thing wasn't in stock and they rang me up. While I did miss the call I emailed them back instead and they got back to me very quickly)
The delivery was swift, I ordered on the 5th and it was sent out the next day. I will definitely be back on my next payday to purchase more goodies.

Amazing every time
Amazing every time. Sidcup staff are all really helpful and know their stuff. The young lady was really patient with my kids when they were choosing cards to buy too.

Large selection of MTG, No One Piece
Large selection of sealed MTG to choose from but no Eng One Piece TCG and very limited singles. I actually got some One piece singles and it wasnt until I got home I realised One of them had a massive dent and scratch on it which would make it a heavily damaged card but there was nothing to indicate this whilst purchasing and they had put it in a toploader and non translucent sleeve so you couldn't see.

Majority of our anime products are imported straight from Japan, like our gachapon, rement and figures ! We do this to provide a range of different products for your favourite shows without the worry of import fees and possible shipping damages!
We always try our best to ship as many orders out same day as possible even with the 12pm same day cut off! Did you know all the padding we use when packing our orders is recycled from deliveries we recieve?^-^

Honestly enjoyed my visits and even online experience with the store and staff members. Glad they added a gift card system to the stores as well. The only issue I can tell is the lack of merchandise from certain animes such as Highschool DxD, Lucky Star and a few others I enjoy watching. Other than that I'd say a great effort any anime fan.

The staff is very Welcoming n friendly to n they ask if you are ok n will talk about the items in the shop n will put u in the effort to help if they don't have the item too. We do need more playing mats in the shop I go to but overall excellent..

Great reliable selection
Tokyotoys always has a good range of figures, plushies and snacks for my favourite anime. I have ordered from the website and visited the Glasgow store. Staff are always helpful and kind.
