The Gym Group finds it okay to close…
The Gym Group finds it okay to close and still charges you: "We may, with reasonable notice and at our discretion, close our premises for reasonable periods of time to carry out maintenance, repairs, refurbishment, cleaning or for other reasons outside of our control, including at least 2 days a year for necessary maintenance or other work. We will endeavour to reopen facilities as soon as is reasonably possible in these circumstances. You agree that you will not be eligible for any refund for the temporary interruption in services during the period."
It is like free money for them, and the group is okay with that.

Rip off
Guys a rip off.. half the equipment in hudds either ripped or broke.. toilets look as though they don't get cleaned yet bumping up the prices not worth it at all.. I've cancelled my membership.. Will be looking elsewhere. Their customer service is crap too takes them weeks to get back to anyone. I would re think your pricing and your customer service strategy. Membership cancelled.

What Happened to the Gym
I used to use this gym since it’s open. It was great and the best in Huddersfield, but over the last year, something happened. There’s always a broke. Machine, the worst part that it won’t be fixed for at least 3 months.
The staff don’t care and not answering why they don’t fix the problem.
The gym is always untidy and weights all over the place.
Most of the times there’s no towels in cleaning stationary.
The management doesn’t care anymore.
What happened to the old PT such as Gary, Callum and Sam, the gym at that times was clean, tidy and if any machine broke, it will be fixed immediately

Just a lot of free weights left lying about and in the way when lazy people don't put things away after use.
When it's hot outside the Air conditioning could be at a lower temperature even at 4am when I go.

I’m sick of going there and young kids…
I’m sick of going there and young kids using family members PIN numbers or friends to get in , school holidays it was terrible on a night ! Tonight a boy age around ten in there didn’t have a clue how to use the equipment it’s so dangerous …. And shouldn’t be happening … it’s more like a play gym now a days ! Health and safety need to be going on a night . Face recognition or stricter membership details and verification should be used anyone can lie about there age !
When one gets hurt it will be too late !

Good range of equipment.
Good range of equipment.. but there seems to be alot out of order and need calibrating. The repairs and maintenance of lighting & plumbing is dire.. advised there maintenance crew only comes in every 3 weeks. 3 led lights still flickering 6 weeks after I've reported twice. The sink in disabled toilet faucet still loose and toilet forever leaking. Toilet seats loose in ladies toilets. Cheap and cheerful. I recommend that staff challenge underage members seemingly getting in ..noticed 3 kids who were clearly 14/15.

Really nice gym equipment and everything good to use only downfall I would say is could be better if something could be possibly done about the air con too make it a bit less humid if that can be done
