Took them 3 Days to find out if the bike I ordered was even in stock. I worked in stock control most of my working life and could tell you whether something was in stock with a press of the button, if not a quick scan of the w/h. Then wrote a message on their website which went unanswered. Shame for them because I wanted to add another bike to my order. Tried to phone, no answer! Tried live chat, told them I could not get through on the phone, person on live chat said could not answer the phone because he was on live chat. You are on live chat BECAUSE you don't answer the phone. Cancelled my order because it was going to be 2-3 Weeks longer to arrive than promised on their site. I don't think they stock many bikes they list for sale and their customer service is almost non-existent. They did cancel and refund me immediately, though. Fortunately, I got a NEW TENWAYS bike from ebay and saved myself over £250!! So I am very Happy!

Some of the bikes listed on our website are held at supplier warehouses rather than directly within our own stock, and on occasion we need to obtain confirmation from the supplier before we can provide an accurate availability and delivery date. However, we recognise that our communication should have been better throughout this process.
We’re pleased that we were able to cancel and refund your order promptly when requested, but we’re sorry that we weren’t able to fulfil your order on this occasion.

I bought my Cube bike in May from the…
I bought my Cube bike in May from the Nottingham branch and found the whole experience to be excellent. Never having ridden an e bike before, I really appreciated being able to try the bike out along the Embankment accompanied by one of the staff to make sure that I knew how to use the gears and power. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful, answering all my queries. I have just taken my bike in for a service and again found the staff friendly, enthusiastic and efficient, my bike was ready for collection after an hour as stated. Really recommend this shop

Incredible service and expert advice
Richard and the team at the Bristol store could not have been more helpful, understanding or patient with us. I’d filled out a form but missed the call, and when we turned up early they took us through the options and then scheduled us in later that day for a test ride. They all looked after us, explained everything and understood we had two bored kids with us. Zero pressure to make a decision then, encouraged us to take time and sent on information later on. The best service I could have asked for. Go here, you won’t regret it.

Highly Recommend
Recently purchased a hybrid electric bike online. It was delivered quickly and in good order. There was a slight issue with the bike so I contacted the store by phone and spoke to Simon.
The issue was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Simon, who is a lovely, professional and friendly member of staff. My partner loves his new bike, having gone from cycling nearly every day for years and then doing very little for many years now he has got his mojo back and is enjoying his cycling again. Excellent honest service I can't recomend the team at Bristol enough
I had an excellent service from the Electric Bike Shop Bristol, I visited the shop after having a really poor service at another shop where they were attempting to upsell to me. Richard was excellent I explained about the bike I was interested in and my particular needs, Richard made recomendations and we eventually chose the bike for me and made a decision on size etc. Richard ordered the bike and I was contacted a few weeks later to be informed my bike was ready for collection. Time was taken to go through everything with me and the bike was completely setup for me. I could not have wished for better service from the Bristol team. Thank you so much, I can't recommend you guys enough, especially Richard who dealt with me from purchase to me riding the bike away.

Good service
West Bridgford Shop - Tech was Nate.
175 mile service - everything went really smooth I actually got a call to say it was ready. I have used other bike shops for services/repairs for my other bikes they always say they will call when ready, but never do.
Nate explained to me what had been done and when the next service will be due. Exceptional friendly service.

Excellent customer service
I picked up my Cube bicycle from the Bristol location and had an excellent experience. I exchanged emails prior to the pick-up (which were all answered promptly and answered all my questions) and had a smooth delivery of my bike the day I picked it up. Richard was especially helpful making sure I knew all the ins and outs of my new bike (fitting seat, making sure I knew how the electronics worked, etc) and overall fantastic customer service. Worth the trip from Oxford!

Had a recall on my Cube Kathmandu
Had a recall on my Cube Kathmandu, took the bike to Wilmslow shop. Extremely helpful. Bike was fixed promptly. I needed a new bell. The chaps installed a new one and wouldn't take any money for it!! Wow I can't hesitate to recommend the electricbikeshop in Wilmslow. After sales is outstanding. Thanks.

My family and I have purchase 3 e-bikes…
My family and I have purchase 3 e-bikes from the Electric Bike Shop Harrogate over the last 3 years. The service and support has been absolutely excellent UNTIL the manager Alex left the shop (and company) and I believe the mechanic went as well. Since then the service has been abysmal as follows:
• The shop is unable to take bookings for the servicing of e-bikes. (I suspect they do not have a mechanic. I have not seen one when visiting)
• The shop takes a long time to respond to emails.
• When calling the shop I am eventually put through to the head office, who state that they will ask the branch to call me, which doesn’t happened
I was considering upgrading my bike with the company soon but I am not so sure now.

The Harrogate team has been going through a period of change alongside a shortage of staff. Everyone is working hard to respond to customers as promptly as possible, but unfortunately this has meant we haven't been able to operate at our usual capacity during this period. We appreciate how frustrating this has been, particularly as a longstanding customer who has purchased several bikes from us.
