Great experience and helpful customer service

From start to finish the young lady Denise Sutherland I'm sure was her name was so patient with us. She made our experience of shopping instore seamless. Would highly recommend if your looking for new furniture visit their Braehead store. Will definitely be back when I get the go-ahead to do the rest of the house.

Jacquie was helpful without being pushy. Very pleasant gave us time to decide. Shop lovely. Great choice, sale was good. Offered refreshments which my daughter loved. A very pleasant experience

This is my favourite scent,I was so disappointed to open the boxes to find the bottles not in their box correctly therefore there was two which had been leaking,package was flimsy and delivery was held up a day.

James Haugh the sales advisor at the Braehead store made my first visit and experience absolutely wonderful. He explained things in detail when I asked questions and nothing was too much trouble for him, what an asset to your team!

She was absolutely fantastic from start to finish - so welcoming, friendly and genuinely lovely to deal with. Her knowledge was incredible and she was so patient, helpful and attentive throughout, making sure we found exactly what we were looking for.
