Very reasonable pricing
Very reasonable pricing. Pleasant and helpful staff. The only negative comment is regarding the choice of bowling balls. I took my grandchildren aged 9 and twelve and the lightest ball available was far too heavy particularly for my granddaughter. There were a lot of children bowling and I believe that a lighter ball suitable for younger children would enhance the enjoyment for children. I asked if a lighter ball was available and was told that all Tenpin venues have the same choice of balls.

Busy as holidays but still clean and very well staffed. Change machines were empty but when asked a member of staff came and assisted. Will be back soon.

It was full of feral teenagers and security didn't seem to have any control over them. Won't be taking my family there again in a hurry.

Bowling was good fun and worth the money. Food was terrible. Very overpriced for what you get, over cooked greasy chips, disgusting nuggets. Waiting time for food rediculous. Staff unfriendly, rude, unapologetic for delay of food. Would not recommend eating there. Unclean areas and toilets.

The staff were polite and helpful
The staff were polite and helpful, it's the first time I've taken my 2 little ones bowling an got a deal 1 game and burger an chips for £6.50pp which is very reasonable, the whole place was clean and tidy, plenty of entertainment with the arcades aswell once bowling was over, the only criticism I could say is as we were bowling the ball seemed to curl off to the side, at first I thought it was just us a bit rusty not played for a while but it even happened on the kids goes an they were using the ramp to roll the ball, we were on lane 2, dunno if neone else has had a problem on that lane

Ticket for food was not processed had to ask to get them to put it through 29 minutes later and then the panini ham was cold not even cooked and table was sticky and uncleaned having to wipe it ourselves took over 30 minutes to get a simple panini

The kids really enjoyed it
The kids really enjoyed it. Smaller kids enjoyed the arcades and the teenagers enjoyed the pool. Nice and clean and the staff were lovely. Had some food which was really nice. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

We love coming to Ten pin Wrexham with our residents! They are always really accommodating with our residents and understand our needs; We apologise every week as we have four or five residents each time all paying cash separately and the staff are so understanding!
