I really love this place! ❤️ It looks like some areas have been refurbished, which is great. There are new areas with ping-pong tables, darts, pool, soft play, karaoke and lots of other little things to do. It’s huge and there’s something for everyone.
However, I think the customer service side still needs some work.
Ordering to the table is a great option, but creating an order can take ages because the internet is extremely slow or the connection is really bad. And if you finally manage to place the order but your time is up, you get kicked out and lose the order you’ve created, which is really frustrating.
Then you go to the checkout/bar and there are usually only two people serving, while a third person is dealing with payments for things like table tennis or bowling. Sometimes you also want to buy alcohol, but if someone under 21 is serving you, they can’t sell it, which I completely understand - but all of this adds up, and you can easily spend 15–20 minutes waiting in queues.
The bowling areas also weren’t being cleaned/cleared quickly enough between customers.
My friend had her birthday there and we were allowed to bring our own cake, which was great. However, we first had to tidy up the whole area ourselves to make enough space for our drinks, food and the cake.
On the positive side, there is security on site, so the place feels very safe. 👍
For food, we had fries, onion rings and burgers, which were actually really good. However, the pizza was a completely different story. 😅 It looked and tasted worse than the cheapest frozen pizza from Aldi, and it cost £11, which definitely wasn’t worth it.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, but there simply weren’t enough of them during the busy hours.
Overall, I really like the place and there is so much to do, but the lack of staff, long queues and slow ordering system let it down. Otherwise, I would definitely give it 5 stars.

Played golf
Played golf, most was damaged or broken which obviously effects the game. Place was unclean and the staff member on the desk was rude and unhelpful.

It was great when I was inside
It was great when I was inside, I got a parking ticket afterwards, I didn't realise I had to put my registration in a machine or anything. I will get another parking ticket for yesterday i went. It was not clear I had to put my registration. Otherwise I and my grandchildren enjoyed it. I was parked in a disabilities space with my parking ticket too.

Found glass in my lemonade
Found glass in my lemonade. Luckily it was my drink and I noticed as it could have been my children who swallowed that! All manger could say aaa sorry and re do my drink in the same glass. Absolutely disgusting.

Wasn’t very professional
There was only one member of staff who gave us the time of day, she was lovely!! The rest felt like it was an inconvenience even being there which was a shame since it was my birthday.

Lots to do in one place
Booking up online was very easy
Checking in was very quick and staff were efficient and friendly. When we finished our darts game we checked in for bowling, Evan though we were 15 minutes early, they gave us our lane straight away.
Ordering food and drinks to our lane was quick and very convenient. Overall we were very impressed with the place and staff.
It was easy to park and is free , but don’t forget to register your car number plate as soon as you arrive.
It was a good location as we are lucky enough to live 15 minutes away.
It has multiple activities to do, which makes it a fun place for everyone and a good day out.
