The bowling was ok but the food was not. We had boys aged 12-13 yrs old and they only had 4 small chicken nuggets and about 7 chips each. It was a toddler portion. If we had've known how little food they were given, we would have just paid for the bowling and took them somewhere else to eat. We had to pay for Macdonalds after as they were still hungry! Not a cheap day out as drinks were not included.
The boys did love the arcades, rides and pool tables too but overall you need to give bigger portions for the older kids.

Great value enjoyable bowling night out
We really enjoyed our Tenpin Tuesday bowling night. It was really good value however the first lane we had kept scoring 1 less than the pins we knocked down so we were moved to another lane. It worked very well for the first game but then got stuck a number of times. The staff were very helpful and good at sorting out the bowling lanes when the pins got stuck. The mechanisms could do with a make over.

Fantastic fun for all the family! Had such a great time bowling, centre was nice a busy which created a buzzing atmosphere. Special offer price for Tuesday was the perfect excuse to come again and hopefully make it a regular thing. And to top it all the drinks were 50% off too!!
Staff always friendly and happy to help.

We enjoyed our bowling night out. Facilities could be updated. Staff were very good at sorting out the bowling lanes when the pins got stuck. Staff were very apologetic and helpful. Could do with a make over not sure when this last happened!

Annoying Searchlight
We liked that it wasn't very busy at the time ( It was a nice day outside which probably explains this ). Main dislike was the very bright disco type searchlight above the bowling lane. My wife suffers from migraines so she was worried about the lights setting one off. Not sure if having a light in your eyes was necessary ? It was very expensive for just two games ( more expensive than going to watch Ipswich Town..... re time you spent there ). Staff were very nice. Location for us was ideal as we walked there.

What a great night!
It was very easy to make the booking, very easy to get our lane etc. when we got there........ a very enjoyable experience and great value for money at £12 for two games.

Rubbish from previous customers left on chairs on our given lane that was booked. Twice equipments failed had to wait to be fix.

Good value for money
Good value for money, but you could only book the deals online and the signal wasn’t great so took a while. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Not an enjoyable experience
Lane Equipment not working properly on both lanes we were assigned to. First one they could not get the lights to switch on and stay on and the second lane the pinsetter would not bring down the 6 pin and would never pick up the 7 pin. An experience of complete frustration. Not relaxing in the slightest especially with the Friday night nightclub music blaring and thumping at 10am on a Sunday morning, Why just Why?

Food is awful
Bowling was fun,but the food is a massive let down,cheap quality ingredients and a very small amount so wouldn't recommend eating there.
