Most of the Staff are great with the Guests! only downsides, is how the long the drinks took to get to Our Lane - just 3 drinks by the way- we were halfway through our second game of bowling, and separately when we asked for a Pint of Corona twice, we got served firstly a Stella and then a San Miguel. Otherwise good experience;

Waiting too long
We had to wait at least 10 minutes to check in due to the long queue. The staff member checking us in wasn't very chatty and at one point left the till due to something she had been asked over her headset but didn't apologize. We had booked the pizza and bowl deal and asked for it at the lane. After 30 minutes I went to ask when it was coming. It eventually came 10 minutes after we had finished bowling. There was no apology for the delay in food arriving.

The whole place was very messy uneaten food on tables and in bowling area spilled drinks half eaten food. The food was extremely expensive for basic burgers and hotdogs

Great game of bowling
Great venue, very family friendly. Lanes are all well maintained . One complaint though. When allocated lane 10 for our game we went straight to it. None of the tables had been cleared from the previous players. Our table was filled with of half drunk alcohol glasses. I had to move these to another table. I feel there is an issue that needs investigating with regards to Licensing as children could have drunk these drinks. I totally understand the venue was busy but safety and welfare of children in a child venue should be prioritised.

After queuing for 20mins
After queuing for 20mins, we checked in for bowling but was told we would have to go back and queue again for darts following this. I explained we could miss our booking as the queue took so long but we was told it would only take a minute.
We was then asked if we wanted the food we pre-ordered with bowling or after, we opted for during.
Off we went to bowling, an hour passed and the game had finished and no food. We waited but then told to leave our lane due to another booking, I did explain we had food booked and how would they know where to bring it to. I was assured they would and we took a seat, half an hour passed. The kids were hungry and no food.
We had to go and check in for darts or we would miss our slot.
Yet again we had to queue for at least 15mins. I complained that we still hadn't got food, the children were hungry and getting upset. They said the food would arrive shortly and to go to darts.
We went to darts 5 of us but only to find 2 darts, both of which the ends kept falling off, this was not enough to continuously pass around 5 of us!
We finished darts! Still no food, nothing! I then queued to speak to a member of staff, I explained the situation and just told we will get a refund. Our details were taken, like it was normal and no care to the whole mess from entering, to not getting food, to upset hungry children, to be told continuously our food was coming.
Needless to say, no refund has been provided, no apology, no care.
It was all a mess and wasnt full. Maybe a staff problem or a process problem as there were staff running around with food around the place and taking food back to the kitchen, I expect people had left or had moved on to other activities.
Really disappointing experience and could easily be rectified by new processes and staff training

Not enough staff and poor leadership
Online bookin was down, so had to call which these things do happen. We got there and had to wait 20minutes to book in. We waa a party of 6 paid for one game and food. Had to ask 3 time where r food was and on the 3rd time was to write the order down. 20 minutes later still no food so asked again. When the food finally arrive after 90 plus minute wait the order was wrong. Kids were fed up and hungry by this point. Some staff running around like headless chickens while the older staff made themselves look busy. The food was cold and stale so i didnt eat mine. We did had fun bowling and playin in the arcade. You should get abit of a discount in the soft play if you pay for bowling. Lack of staff and proper leadership did ruin the day for us.

Sevice quick and staff were friendly. Shame it wasn't made more clear on the Friday deal that we had to order when booking all food and drink. Disappointed that we couldn't use the 20% discount in person through the evening.

Ordered drinks wait wait wait
Ordered drinks waited half an hour to ask what has happened to our order and was told to join a long separate queue. No hot chocolate so asked for a refund. Manager did this but took time to do. Karaoke I would not recommend to anyone. The touch screen took so long to load and the tracks are not original. They have different backing tracks and lyrics - so tribute type not the original songs. The mics did not work properly. We tried to make the best of it but in all honesty it was awful. Lots of customers were complaining about long waits it seemed the staff could not cope. Disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend others going.
