Frank was so helpful and kind and professional. Arrived early which I requested, was patient while I got organised and got the job done swiftly. Hope he picks it up in a couple weeks. 10/10

For interstate moves be aware that their ability to deliver within a month is very limited- thus pushing you into a second month of “storage” to which you have to pay a fee. In my circumstance I tried to argue this and was told they will pull up my voice recordings with sales and referenced their terms and conditions. (Alarming they threaten customers like this rather that discuss and negotiate) Their next available delivery was 3.5 weeks after pick up, and they told me I have 2 days to unload it. No grace given. (Syd to Brisbane)
I honestly feel it may be an INTENTIONAL sharp business practice to purposely push customers into the next month to illicit additional fees. As such, I wanted to notify the ACCC and make a case with the NSW Civil and Administrative tribunal. I wonder what the statistics are of TaxiBox delivering interstate in the same month- as this would show that it may be a sharp practice and they should automatically apply two months storage at the original sale point. I wouldn’t use them again and stick with PODS.
Especially due to the way I had been spoken to and threatened about my voice recordings. I’m confident in my original sales request highlighting they should deliver straight after pick up.
They told me it is the customers responsibility to request delivery after pick up. With large companies such as this the mismatch between what sales tells you (to convert the sale) compared to what they actually can do needs better managerial oversight and customer journey analysis. Greater competency at senior levels may be warranted.

Delivery service was great Kaleb, thank you. The location and positioning is perfect to enable us to still use our driveway for two cars.

I had seen the Taxi boxes around and thought what a great concept, then I needed one!
It was absolutely perfect. I could unpack boxes in the box then just take the items into my house.

Used Taxi Box for an interstate move. The service was impeccable. From delivery to Sydney address and to drop off in Adelaide. Above all it cost a lot less than a traditional removalist for the same job. Items arrived in perfect conditions with no damage. Highly recommend Taxi Box and will definitely use them again for my future needs.

Frank delivered my TaxiBox to the Melbourne CBD this morning. He was right on schedule, nice and early (as planned) to avoid traffic headaches. And he was so friendly, especially for a cold and dark Melbourne winter morning.
I hope it's Frank who comes back for the pick up.

Taxi box made moving interstate so much easier! It was so helpful to have everything kept in storage while i found a new home, and they were able to drop off and collect in one day, which was very helpful. I would definitely use this service for any future move.
