Great service

One of the most seamless customer experiences I have ever had. Website was so easy to use, the communication received at each step was timely and clear. Everything in the taxi box was in great condition upon return. I cannot fault any step of the process. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Excellent service, from initiial phone call with Alex and through to delivery and pick up. On time and super efficient

The initial drop-off and pick-up in Adelaide was straightforward, but moving the boxes interstate to Brisbane was a very poor experience.

TAXIBOX changed their truck route scheduling, which delayed my delivery from the 21st of July to the 27th. Because of their delay, I missed my window to receive the boxes and was forced to pay for an entire extra month of storage ($368) on top of the $454 delivery fee. When I complained, they suddenly offered to revert to the original date, but by then we had already had to make other arrangements and weren't flexible enough to switch back.

To make matters worse, nobody even bothered to notify me when the boxes finally arrived at the Brisbane site—I had to call them myself to find out. Overall, a very expensive experience with poor communication and zero accountability for their own scheduling delays

Super friendly, called to check drop off location was ok and very easy process

I was searching the net for a small container hire. There are a few businesses out there offering services for this purpose.
What stand out from the first minute was the price difference and the promt reaction for a quote and booking. I know from the minute I made up my mind for selecting TAXIBOX that I would not be disappointed.
I have to admit earlier this morning I had a furniture delivered from Harvey Norman (delivery people was polite, but I was just "another drop off" nothing else.).
When Eddie turned up from TAXIBOX (even earlier than I expected) it was a completely different experience. Friendly, polite, informative, chatty and most importantly appreciated my business. I received everything what I hoped for even more, a big smile and a beautiful open heart customer service. I can't recommend highly enough TAXIBOX and the service they provide. This company goes an extra mile to provide a service YOU NEED!

Eddie was extremely polite, friendly and knowable. Couldn’t have picked a better person for the job, if I could I would give him a 10/10.

As a new customer to using taxi box i was concerned about how my items would be cared for during removal and drop. However no damage to items, excellent communication and delivery service. Eddie was fantastic and a great representative for taxi box! Highly recommend

Quick delivery and very quick placement.

Taxi box delivery was very good, easy tracking and lots of notice before delivery. The box was delivered by Eddie, who provided fantastic service, helping to choose best location for placing the box and advising the direction, etc, and was just very friendly and helpful indeed! The whole experience with Taxibox was excellent from start to finish. They answered all of our questions promptly and were incredibly helpful throughout the process. We booked this over a month ago with no hiccups. The tiler then had to change our dates due to a machinery brake down. I phoned Taxibox and had no issues with changing dates.
Then Eddie drove up to our property with the 4 Taxiboxes. Eddie was very lovely. Gave us options and then we
Asked if he could turn one of the boxes
Around so it would be easy for us to load. Eddie didnt hesitate and just did it. He also said that he would be back when we are ready for them to be collected. A very pleasant and helpful young man. He was very professional
