Stoneside was professional, efficient, and easy to work with, from the initial contact to the superb installation by Jerry. The product is lovely. We couldn’t be more pleased.

From the first visit to installation, I was impressed by the communication and care taken. The business model of having everyone involved part of the company, instead of the use of contractors, seems to make for a better customer experience, Even though the Stoneside bid was a bit more expensive, it was not that big of a difference and it was apparent that there was a lot more care taken through the whole process. John, the installer even came by to verify the measurements prior to the order being made to ensure the ones the sales person, Melanie, took were accurate! I am very pleased with the results.

The whole experience from start to finish was world class. Antwan the designer went over our options for our big arch windows and doors and recommended the perfect fit and solution for our family room. The color match and styling matches our style and decor of our furniture. Efrain the installer did a fantastic job with the installation, preset programming and explanation on how to use our motor controlled blinds. The blinds came earlier than expected and were installed the next day. We are very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend your company to others!

I hired Stoneside Blinds & Shades installed Blinds for 9 big windows and 2 doors about 4 years ago and really happy with the result. Now I hired them back to finished the rest of 7 windows upstairs and really happy they are able to maintain quality of products , installation and customer service over these years. I also want to thank Michelle ( design consultant help me sort out the best products to match my budget and still met my expectation. Scott ( installer) also installed the blinds perfectly as we discussed prior the installation.

The installer arrived on time, was extremely polite and considerate. He was also respectful of my home and property and diligently cleaned the area after the installation. I was really impressed with the care the installer took in steaming both sides of my drapery so that it presented well in the home and as viewed from the exterior. My installer also took the time to ensure I knew how to operate the drapery pulls. I could not be happier with the outcome! I would strongly recommend Stoneside to family, friends and neighbors. We had Sarah N for consultations and Jerry for installation. Great experience; I would use them and Stoneside in general again! Sarah’s consultation was excellent; I had only one idea for what I might want, and she was able to quickly steer me toward some more interesting, more suitable options. She was very thoughtful and thorough, and even came up with full suggestions at different price points. The end results are fantastic and really elevate the feel of, in particular, our living room and bedroom. I’d definitely recommend Stoneside!
