Excellent experience
The staff at this branch are so helpful and were patient with all my questions throughout the process, particularly Hannah. On the day we purchased the van she was super and then kept in contact while waited to collect. Handover was very thorough, Will and Jeff went through everything carefully which was appreciated after a long break from caravanning. Should also mention the gentleman in the shop (sorry didn't catch his name) is very helpful, thanks for the advice. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealer.

We bought a new Elddis vogue from Spinney
We bought a new Elddis vogue from these guys in July, David was great to deal with when we where looking to purchase, on the day we collected it we where met at the train station by a very nice well mannered young man who worked at Spinney Crewe, we then had a great hour with Hayley demonstrating the whole motorhome with the do’s and don’ts of motor homing
All in all a great experience was had and we would highly recommend this company,
I right this while enjoying our 3rd weekend away in the Elddis.

Spinney Flintshire, Simon our sales rep was brilliant. Nothing was too much, no hard sales push. My dad is old and wasn't sure dealing with people, Simon handled Dad and the sale fantastically. Autosleeper warwick
Good experience when we went to view campervan we were given keys and told to take as long as we wanted we then were allowed to take on extended test drive, we then gave them a list of a few snagging items that needed addressing and were told all would be done before purchase, when we returned to collect a few weeks later everything was done and we were given a comprehensive handover prior to paperwork all done in a friendly no pressure manner.

It's the worst experience I've ever had…
It's the worst experience I've ever had when buying a leisure vehicle. There seemed to be no sales organisation, process or procedure; no team or team work; no normal sales enthusiasm; people didn't respond to emails and many promised phone callbacks didn't happen. It took weeks to transfer the vehicle we bought without seeing from Flintshire to Rushden. We were left feeling that nobody cared less whether we bought the motorhome or not.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you felt disappointed with aspects of your experience, particularly the communication and the time taken to arrange the vehicle’s transfer.
We have reviewed the points raised and, while we acknowledge that you felt the process was not as you expected, we would like to clarify some of the circumstances surrounding the purchase.
The day of collection went very well, with no concerns or complaints raised with Konrad, our Sales Manager, been. In the lead-up to collection, James spoke with you on several occasions to provide updates and information regarding the vehicle. We understand that this communication may not have been reflected in your recollection of the process.
The delay in transferring the vehicle from Flintshire to Rushden was due to the fact that it was a new vehicle and needed to be transported by low-loader. Unfortunately, we had to wait an additional week for suitable transport to become available and for the vehicle to be paired with another vehicle being transported. This information was communicated on several occasions during the process.
We are, of course, disappointed that you were left feeling that we did not value your custom, as this is certainly not the experience we aim to provide. We do appreciate your feedback regarding communication and will ensure this is considered as we continue to review and improve our customer journey.
Stress free purchase
We were given the keys to view the motorhome by Ryan. There was no pressure put on us and we were able to spend as long as we wanted viewing it. Ryan did the handover he was helpful and thorough. The whole process was seamless. Post sale our questions were answered promptly. Nothing was too much trouble

Spinney Northamptonshire .The first…
Spinney Northamptonshire .The first impression from sales a gentleman called James was excellent and the reason we opted to go ahead with the purchase of our Coachman caravan. It was only when we got it home that we found the cleanliness was superficial, as if it had a quick spray over and not wiped off with run marks from the spray or what ever they used. A chrome trim had fell out of one of the cabinets and pubic hairs found in the shower tray. The service book had not been stamped and when I enquired on what to do the person on the end of the phone said pop it in and we would stamp it, I said I live 85 miles away, she said when passing then was the only option. There were a few more bits that we found cleaning wise, not hoovered properly etc. We just felt it was a rush job and when you spend a lot of money on a caravan that we have saved up for its very disappointing.

However, we are very sorry to hear about the cleanliness issues you experienced when you got the caravan home. We fully appreciate how disappointing this must have been, particularly after saving for and investing in a new caravan. The standard you have described is certainly not what we would expect from our handover process, and we apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment caused.
We have now spoken with you directly to discuss your concerns and are pleased that we have been able to offer a full valet of the caravan at your next appointment. We have also arranged for the service book to be stamped at the same time, avoiding the need for you to make a separate 85-mile journey.
We genuinely appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention and will ensure your feedback is shared with the Northamptonshire team so that we can review our handover and preparation standards.

Bought a campervan recently from Spinney in Warwickshire. All the staff were friendly and professional making the whole process easy. They delivered the van to my house following warranty issue with the fridge developing the morning of the pick up. Great service. Handover was comprehensive and informative from Alan Rumney. Both Alan and the Salesman Richard Bulmer made the whole experience very much less stressful than I was expecting. So thank you to all at Spinney in Warwickshire.
