I’ve been a client at Warrington Safestore for a while now, and I’ve found the service to be consistently excellent, especially from the manager, Jonathan. He’s incredibly helpful and accommodating, and when I needed a new fob, he sorted it out and gave me a new one in minutes.

I also appreciate that they have extended hours, which means I don’t have to rush during the day or rush hour. The facility is always very clean and tidy, with plenty of trolleys and well-maintained equipment.

I needed to switch storage units and researched a number of options but the team and Claire in particular in Warrington were excellent. Claire went out of her way to ensure that I got the best price and a unit size that was right for me. Unlike the place I am leaving that don't seem bothered they are losing a customer - I felt the customer service and overall process was excellent. I would highly recommend Safestore to anyone looking for storage in Warrington

Fabulous service from Jonathan, Claire and Michelle at Safestore in Warrington. Very helpful from day one actually showing me the best options for the size of the space I required to rent through to explaining the terms and conditions of the contract. All done in a friendly and professional manner I would definitely use again and highly recommend them to other customers.

I booked a storage locker last minute due to an unexpected relationship breakdown and Jonathan was so very kind to me. He even made me a cup of tea. The next time I came back to empty my locker, Jonathan remembered that I had a dachshund and cheered me up, even offering me and bringing me a drink! He went above and beyond and I can't thank you enough!

Never used a storage facility before but the team at Warrington were very professional and informative. They gave all the information required with a pleasant attitude which put us at ease. We were escorted to find the right storage container which gave us the correct information for us to make the sale.

The team in Warrington were very caring and thoughtful at what was a very difficult time for me as my Mum had recently passed and it was her treasured things I was putting in storage. They have been superb , their customer service skills are beyond excellent, nothing is too much to ask of them, they are always happy and welcoming. Thank you
