We visited Safestore Coventry and were helped by Harrison and Rashida who were so helpful and really explained everything about the storage facility. They worked with us to get the best price for our storage needs. Kevin.

I spoke with Bilal, who was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He asked the right questions to establish my needs, discussed my options and really went the extra mile to tie down the rental requirements. SafeStore itself is a fresh efficient and secure business, which I believe is worth the tiny bit extra for peace of mind.

The lady who served me and my mom, Rashida, was super nice and kind and understanding of our situation. This storage olace is very nice and clean aswell!!

Rashida and Kerry were exceptionally helpful and polite, facilitating a last minute move into storage.
Exceeded my expectations and delivered a first class service and experience.

I am a delivery driver for UPS.
I go into safestore (Coventry) most days. Monday to Friday.
Miss Rash & her team are always very friendly, polite and very helpful to me, even helping me load my van with collections from Amazon customers on site…. A big thankyou from me Kevin…

Coventry Safestore is a well maintained facility, Rashida and team do a fantastic job. Easy access on the A444. Easy to set up, reasonable rates. I've been to a few storage facilities and this is definitely a 5* rating.

This review applies to Safestore Coventry which, unfortunately, was the only place able to offer the size of unit at the time we needed it (for moving house)
Only after we’d booked it, and paid for it in advance, did we find on arriving with a Luton van full to the brim (first of 2 trips!) that our allocated storage unit was on the second floor and required a small and slow goods lift to access! Furthermore, once out of the lift our unit was along 2 corridors with a very tight dog-leg halfway along. The corridors aren’t wide enough anyway and the trolleys provided have a handle at either end so you’re limited with usable space - eg you can’t carry anything longer than the space between the handles!
The final straw was having to vacate early (house sale fell through) and because we didn’t give 14 days notice they charged us for an extra week - which actually became 8 days rather than 7!!
We will not be using or recommending them again

Great experience, we were buying a home with a short time period so we didn’t want to commit to a long term storage, we didn’t have to pay a large fee upfront and we could pay weekly, once completed we also got a part refund for days we didn’t use! Will be using again if required.

Excellent service and staff are supportive looked after me well

Staff always polite at the coventry branch, but how can they tie you in on a contract, then before it ends double the price of the unit ? my unit was £142 a month and yesterday in told its £368 a month. Total rip of. Google storage places and you will find much cheaper in coventry, or on the out skirts
