Money Grab
I've just rang up to cancel my reservation with Safestore Birmingham Central and could not get a refund despite not sending over my documents to activate the contract, however I was told that it had already gone live three days ago although I hadn't provided identification or anything. Quick enough to take money and shut you down over the phone when asking for a refund, didn't even offer to refund the padlock and said that I could use the unit until July but there isn't much point in me using it for just a month... really not happy with the service provided here.

Perfect place great rates
Was looking for a place just to store some items until I moved. I was recommended by a friend who has used safestore for years and it was the best place to go
Conner and his team showed me to a unit that was perfect for what I needed and was given a great rate even helped move my items

Likewise when my daughter and I arrived at Safestore in Birmingham. Everything was spotless and professional and we were welcomed as users of the service. I will definitely use Safestore again😎
