We wanted a new bread knife, specifically for sourdough bread. The lady who assisted us, I think her name was Donna, was so knowledgeable and helpful. She showed us three different options at different price points, explaining clearly the differences, which was very helpful. Popped in the shop to see the saucepans I was interested in after receiving an email with 20% off. I assumed it was an online discount and after mentioning the discount I was informed it applied in shop also. The staff were friendly and helpful so I bought 3 Pans then and there.
