My husband and I are out on our anniversary and we’ve always wanted to look in your shop and as we’ve received a lot of anniversary money through presents, we’ll have a look in your shop. We were looking for a knife sharpener and a couple of knives. We had the most amazing service and we ended up buying a pizza oven spending a lot more than we thought we would and we just had the most amazing surface. I’m not sure what the lady’s name was but it was on the 18th of August in the afternoon. She was so helpful. She explained everything about certain nice that we wanted the knife sharpener which is absolutely amazing. The knives are so sharp now my husband‘s even cut his finger cause they’re so sharp still showed us on her phone about a colleague who had cooked pizza. I showed us what it looked like and she just took such a lovely time out before us, thank you very much procook

No one at the till
No one at the till, staff were busy chatting at the other end of the shop. Had to go to them to ask to pay.
Knife set bought - not wrapped up as other Pro Cook stores do. I was previously told they had to be wrapped by law as offence weapon.
