The absolute saving grace of my purchase!!
There's no diplomatic way to put this - my settlement was straight up traumatizing. BUT Gemma (with kind assistance from Toby) single-handedly kept me sane. If it weren't for both of them going to bat for me against both sets of difficult solicitors on either side of the transaction (10 months and chain-free, mind you!), the settlement would've fallen apart on multiple occasions. Notwithstanding the various challenges, Gemma remained pragmatic, friendly, highly responsive, and knowledgeable throughout every stage of the transaction. They both also kept very close tabs on rate deductions and better deals, I think I had about 5 or so renewed offers with a better rate each time. I will 100% be using her services again (once I've recovered from this current transaction), she absolutely went above and beyond, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Engaging Gemma was the best decision we…
Engaging Gemma was the best decision we made when deciding we wanted to purchase our first home.
From the get-go Gemma informed us about all the options we had. Our journey towards a new home was not the most straightforward and, throughout the whole 11 months it took us to finally find the one, she was consistently able to deliver a really high standard of support and counsel. She guided us through one too many complicated situations, from helping us after being gazumped (which we didn’t even know was a thing!) to helping us find our dream home. She is an exceptional professional who has the ability to make the complicated easy to understand.
Gemma and Toby were also extremely proactive, and would give us some updates regarding better mortgage rates that they had proactively applied for.
Throughout this very stressful time we were always happy to see Gemma’s email come through as we knew her name pop up meant good news! We cannot thank Gemma and Toby enough for their support and words cannot explain how much they have done for us.
